  1. Thanks hotshot! Just look for the only Asian chick. :D

So uh, I've done my biometrics almost two weeks ago but not even a bump on the Cris system. The last touch on it was July 11. Should I call them up to inquire?

take it easy it take time , i have my bio 2marrow and i think they have to do it , as they get it and i was thinking that do they sort it by state to state becoz our local uscis is never busy .... so give them at least 2months ......... then . if you see previous months they have taken almost 2 months in most cases..... hope this helps.....

  2. I have a question guys..I'm trying to check my case status @ USCIS but it says ERROR-case does not exist..Is there anyone experiencing the same thing..?

wel the number give is not gono work but when you get your bio appointment that will be work , i had the same issue i am a july filer and when i got my bio then i was able to see the status of my application , so wait for your bio number that will help to check it

    hope this help..............

  3. This is a question for the csc july filers.... Really, no one else has gotten a biometrics appt after their july 20th noa date.... this makes me nervous, I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that vsc is so backed up or there is not much evidence...?:whistle:

i am a CSC filer, ya its time to get our bio now may be in this week( usually they get it in 2 weeks my idea let see  )and as for VSC i know that they r slow because of back logg ,while it has nothing to do with evidence..... if you see some of jan and feb case are not yet done in VSC.....

  4. Thanks! I think regardless of age I have to pay for her biometrics...she will be under 14 at the time they receive the packet but from what I read on earlier topics related to K2 they still charge for children under 14 even though she will not be required to go for another biometric appointment!! Either way, she turns 14 in November so its safer for me to pay as I don't know when they are likely to schedule the appointment.

so the best thing is to do it to pay so they cannot delay your case  most probably next month hope this help

  5. Tracking other ppl timelines

I noticed that some CSC get approved within 60 days after the Bio, and most of them definitly after 45 days nearly

VSC takes an average of 90 days of the Bio

again , every case is different, but this is the general I can tell from the timelines

    Good Luck

i agree to you, i am in july but i have been looking at the time frame and it feel that CSC is much more faster the VSC thanks i am in CSC because the longer it get it make you specious what going on let may every on of us pass through this time best of luck..........

  6. yes, we both have our 2 year greencards/marriage based, so she's listed as PR now? May I ask, what does that stand for?

Permanent resident! Sorry, I just figured that out....thanks for answering my question, i appreciate it! :star:

yes you need to put her , if she had also conditional green card she need to be put in so that her condition can be lifted , if you dont then you will have trouble with her status  hope this help .............

one thing else do check that if she need a biometric or not if yes then you hav to add the fee of biometric of your child along $590+ bio hope this help

  7. i send my in july and i went to my friend the are citizen (but they must be citizen or green card because if they can be called to testify) but no one will put his ss number they dont understand y they need it....

and more the fact is that if you have enough of evidence then that wil not be a problem, that is usually when you do not have too much of evidence.......hope this help

    Dear VJ Members:

The I-751 form does not mention anywhere about putting

1)SSN of friends attesting the marital relationship or

2)that they have to be US citizens or permanent residents.

Just says that they need to put their name and date/place of birth...

The form examples I see on the VJ site mention that. Is it required to put SSN on the letters and 2)do they have to be US citizens or green card holders?

    Thanks

  8. no you dont need your marriage and your passport copy , you can put copy of your id in it and best of luck

    Hi folks,

I will be sending my petition to USCIS very soon and I'm curious about the copy of the green card. when I get a black and white copy even you can't see much of the data. I have a color printer, the colored copy is identical copy of the card. You think its better to send a color copy ??

Do I need to send in copies of marriage, passports ?

Thanks again for all your help
