  1. Hi guys been out of the loop for a little bit! Any good

    News to share?

None on the greencard front for me :(

But we did move on the 29th (well half

    Moved so no Internet) and

Our baby girl surprised us on the 4th :D so been busy busy busy!!

Only one problem I'm having is changing my address with USCIS!! Managed the first online part but couldn't do the second online part for the case pending. The form

Wouldn't let me submit it because of the " unrequired" not appropriate to me fields. Won't let me submit with those fields empty, won't accept none or n/a and I can't fill in the bit they want how they want because I don't have a lawyer preparing my case.

The best thing to do is to call them on customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. and do Ar-11 and mail it also .....try once again on line...:) hope this helps.......................

  2. All VJS who got approval notice or got there green card, please prepare or make sure that you do have Registration with Selective Service system (ONLY FOR MALE  ......NOT for Female)

This is required for Citizenship. don't wait until last minute. this process takes about 90 day says on website.

here is the like you can finde some info

    http://www.sss.gov/default.htm

GoodLuck in another journey.

  3. Something like THIS JULY 2011 ROC FILERS Mr. and Mrs???

I was bored so I created the spreadsheet Mr. and Mrs was requesting. You can add your own info if you'd like. I put in an estimated approval date based on stats from the August approved people. You'll see a big difference in dates for CSC filers and VSC filers - sorry VSC'ers I just used the current data and it's taking 134 days compared to CSC filers which is taking only 64 days.

that amazing but i hope start ticking up and approval start coming inn ,just praying for all of us.............:)

  4. Oh how I wish I could accommodate your request for an update for our month........... :( but I can't :crying:

still no touches here either. they seem to be so sporadic. the odd random approval from ours or last or the month before.....not what i expected...I expected to see a fair few of each month done then they cross over to the next...its almost like they have slowed down to not much of any month.:bonk:

Was hoping that they would have maintained their speed and have my green card in hand before I had to change address. makes me feel nervous about it when its still pending. not had good experiences with uscis updating my info correctly on the computer in the past :help: hope it comes before the 12th of next month because if they send it to this address we wont get it :( will have to send the new address in next week. :help:

Hannah=vito it best to use the mail forwarding to your address asap so it can come to your new house without delay and as for me it exact 60 day when i send it and there has been no change since NOA1 Receipt(when i send it not touched after 22 July) hmm i hope they start working and give us a peace in July filers..............:))))))))))))))))))

  5. Hi, guys, Yesterday I got a mail from USCIS saying that the Removal of my Conditional basis of my Permanent Resident status has been approved. They told me I will get my new green card within 60 days, but today I got another mail again, and guess what? I got my official 10 yrs. green card... Thank you USCIS for the quick processing of my resident status.

Thanks also to all VJ members for your support and help.

Good luck to the rest of July 2011 Filers

Congratulation that great, at least we know now that they are working on July files that amazing i cant wait till my is done, i hope that every one goes smoothly, pray for all of us....................:)))))))))))))))))))

  6. hi guys,im a july filers too..i sent my packet last july 19th, after two weeks i received a letter(NOA) saying that my conditional resident status is extended for 1 year and also it said that "in order to further process your petition, you will be receiving an application support center (ASC) appointment notice for the biometric "but its been almost 2 mos now & i don't receive any appointment yet...how long usually it takes to have an appointment notice?

better call asap USCIS ,every one got it within 2 weeks.......

  7. It has been 8 months since submitting our I-751 to remove conditions on my husband's green card. The NOA and biometics occurred relatively quickly (4-6 weeks after submission), but there has been no news from USCIS. How much longer should we wait before contacting USCIS about our case status? The VSC is handling our application, which I know processes applications much slower.

if i was you i will call them straight away , becoz its more then the time line , i hope your file don't go on the bottom of the pile...hope this help..........

  8. if you use ohio address you must have made a change of address becoz thts compulsory  and if you r using ohio address u will be called finger prints in ohio not in the other state , if you file in the other state then you will get your bio in that state and its best to keep one address ,(which ever one and you need to file change of address if you did not do it before ,{you need to inform the immigration for change of address within 10 days of moving.....hope this helps .....:)
