Something like THIS JULY 2011 ROC FILERS Mr. and Mrs???
I was bored so I created the spreadsheet Mr. and Mrs was requesting. You can add your own info if you'd like. I put in an estimated approval date based on stats from the August approved people. You'll see a big difference in dates for CSC filers and VSC filers - sorry VSC'ers I just used the current data and it's taking 134 days compared to CSC filers which is taking only 64 days.
that amazing but i hope start ticking up and approval start coming inn ,just praying for all of us.............

Oh how I wish I could accommodate your request for an update for our month........... but I can't
still no touches here either. they seem to be so sporadic. the odd random approval from ours or last or the month before.....not what i expected...I expected to see a fair few of each month done then they cross over to the next...its almost like they have slowed down to not much of any month.
Was hoping that they would have maintained their speed and have my green card in hand before I had to change address. makes me feel nervous about it when its still pending. not had good experiences with uscis updating my info correctly on the computer in the past hope it comes before the 12th of next month because if they send it to this address we wont get it will have to send the new address in next week.
Hannah=vito it best to use the mail forwarding to your address asap so it can come to your new house without delay and as for me it exact 60 day when i send it and there has been no change since NOA1 Receipt(when i send it not touched after 22 July) hmm i hope they start working and give us a peace in July filers..............)))))))))))))))))

Hi, guys, Yesterday I got a mail from USCIS saying that the Removal of my Conditional basis of my Permanent Resident status has been approved. They told me I will get my new green card within 60 days, but today I got another mail again, and guess what? I got my official 10 yrs. green card... Thank you USCIS for the quick processing of my resident status.
Thanks also to all VJ members for your support and help.
Good luck to the rest of July 2011 Filers
Congratulation that great, at least we know now that they are working on July files that amazing i cant wait till my is done, i hope that every one goes smoothly, pray for all of us....................))))))))))))))))))

hi guys,im a july filers too..i sent my packet last july 19th, after two weeks i received a letter(NOA) saying that my conditional resident status is extended for 1 year and also it said that "in order to further process your petition, you will be receiving an application support center (ASC) appointment notice for the biometric "but its been almost 2 mos now & i don't receive any appointment yet...how long usually it takes to have an appointment notice?
better call asap USCIS ,every one got it within 2 weeks.......
-
i thing they are still processing may case and then june i hope our time come soon
-
It has been 8 months since submitting our I-751 to remove conditions on my husband's green card. The NOA and biometics occurred relatively quickly (4-6 weeks after submission), but there has been no news from USCIS. How much longer should we wait before contacting USCIS about our case status? The VSC is handling our application, which I know processes applications much slower.
if i was you i will call them straight away , becoz its more then the time line , i hope your file don't go on the bottom of the pile...hope this help..........
-
Not even a single touch on my case since I received the NOA. I'm a sad panda.
hi
don't worry we all r in the same boat nothing has changed in mine also , so take it easy thing will go well................
-
hi
i don't think so becoz it depend where you filed your case they will not change the bio sch place , you can check but i have seen in many forum that they couldn't ....hope this help........
-
the issue of VSC is that they have to take 82 different types of cases as compared to CSC has to deal with only 54 types of cases so that make a difference and case load is less on CSC (you can check it on the uscis site)hope this help
-
if you see in USCIS Processing they are doing it till 30 June.( Processing Dates for California Service Center as of: June 30, 2011 ) so most probably they will touch next month ...... or beginning of the month let see.....
-
if you use ohio address you must have made a change of address becoz thts compulsory and if you r using ohio address u will be called finger prints in ohio not in the other state , if you file in the other state then you will get your bio in that state and its best to keep one address ,(which ever one and you need to file change of address if you did not do it before ,{you need to inform the immigration for change of address within 10 days of moving.....hope this helps .....
-
sorry you r in the wrong forum.............
-
it doesn't matter which ever printer as long as u have updated forms of i-751 its ok hope this help
-
If i was in your place i will go for CSC because its more quicker then VSC they have a big back logg so it depends on u but the CSC r more Quicker as seen on VSC...
hope this help
