Let me tell u we do trust those members from our hearts but we need to see more to be more confortable and if they do a screenshot that we'll make all the vj members happy especially those with pd june 2011 and up

Mine took 5 days to approve it, its all depending on the case and kind of evi they looking for. Good luck

22 April will be awsome, many qualified applicants this month, last month was a big jump just bc VCS applicants were not done with NvC ! But still a low amount of application this half year! So i will go for April 22nd

Yay, I just made my first-ever call to the NVC and they have received our case. No case number yet, but this is a start.

Moreover, my husband had his citizenship interview today and he was approved. The oath will be in mid-June, and I hope we can complete our case at the NVC by then. Our PD is already close, but maybe we can save a month or two

by upgrading our case to IR.

Nothing so far, they received the Evidences on april 16 , i rhink we might get an answer by monday or tuesday, they asked for some pictures and copy of our kid birth certificate

Idk how long does it take to process those evidence before we get an approval do u have an idea? Did u get a case number from NVC?

They are probably IR/CR cases, not F2A.

my husband will take the nationality in april 2014 ench allah.howa long have to wait after that my husband take a nationality;note that the file has been sent in april 2012??

now it's little Clear, so your husband is an LPR "Green Card Holder" and you sent an I130 on April 2012 by doing that you are now under F2A and the waiting time approx is around 2-> 2.5 Years from the date u sent the I130 to visa issuance.

by the time ur husband get the Nationality he will become a citizen , that time you will be under IR if you upgrade the petition " Immediate Relative" after he upgrades i think it wont take more than 2 months to schedule an interview since i believe u should be done with NVC stage, and here i should know which Service center you application has been sent to.

If u are on F2A that means ur husbwnd is still an LPR, then u should understand what's PD means. If ur husband is a citizen then i will say u should wait almost a year to get visa since the date u send the I130.
