I'll give my prediction once May VB is Out , nothing for now

i know my dear F2A will movement but when she tell me even if VB for may out i still dont know my interview that made me surprised

& ask myself why thy do that with us ??!!!!

Hey Dude , Chill you will get your interview date in a few Days don't Panic , as far as i know they won't tell you nothing over the phone , they have always something written in front of them and they just tell you what is it , I Mean they just not gonna tell you nothing about a date, so be patient.

Now i know what u mean, no i think you re wrong because it says the movement from april. so it s gonna move from april which was 08oct2009 to may which is going tobe "2.6" months away or whatever away

It says from April , we all know VB for April was 2.6 months , that means April May and June it gonna move for 2.6 months that's how i can understand that statement otherwise i don't think it gonna be 2 to 6 months i really wish but if we got 6 months movement in may and June be sure that we;'ll fall in a retro.... just right after that so better to move 2.6 rather than a year anc get a retro to 2009!!!!!

I filled an Application I130 for my wife last June PD June 13, 2011

The application has been sent to vermont center witch i haven't heard anything yet i believe they're taking like a year or so to accept or deny the petition

Anyway no my wife is pregnant and she'll deliver the baby by June or July 2012 my question is how can i add my child to his mother petition i know i should sent them his birth certificate and pay the 404$ but should i do that when the case is approved that means i will deal with NVC or can i do it just with USCIS office since on june or july my case will maybe still not approved?

you're right man , i was thinking the same thing exactly , anyway we can't say anything now until we reach the mid 2010 and then will see how the movement will be i hope it gonna be something like 3+month/vb

Are you certain that cut-off date is moving 2 months per VB?

it's "1 to 2 months" i.e. 2 months at a time at BEST.

you're right it's one to 2 months , but it was 4 to 6 week and they were moving by 6 = 1.5 month , now while they said 1 to 2 months i strongly believe that they'll make it 2! and again the fact that they're moving it's really a good thing.

and i believe after finishing all the allowed numbers for last year they will move even faster while they're getting some new visas.

at this time we can only predict it makes us or me at least feel a little better !

you'll be current on maximum 6 months they're moving 2 months/VB and as answer to your question , YEAH so many people got their visas as they're still LPR and you'll be one of them

Vermont Center was processing cases in 5 months " Last month " Now they update their web site and it says that they're processing cases filled on November 2010 , So To get an Approval which your next step you should wait for 2 or 3 more months " i hope"

then your case will be sent to NVC , and then you should wait foe your priority date to be current , we're all expecting good news on the next VBs , as it shows that NVC is processing December cases , so it make sense that the next vbs Will move faster and i'm expecting a 3 or 4 months per VB.

this morning, my cousin's husband whose PD is December 2010 got a notice from NVC requiring her to file the Affidavit of Support and also to fill up the Choice of Agent Form.do you think, by any chance, this means the the upcoming visa bulletin will move faster??

i send the joint sponsor to nvc ..... what about tax of joint sponsor i must have when i go to interviwe ??? & i mean tax only or form I864 (joint sponsor)???

HI GUYS please what i couldn't understand is why there are so many people with PD in 2009 they didn't got their visas last december before retrogression when the VB was showing 2010 !!!!!

I think they should be moving faster for F2A now am i wrong?
