Great news this morning from NVC!!! They didn't even wait for the payments/documents...they just sent out the completed I-130 to the embassy 2 days ago!! So it should be any day now that my hubby gets a call to go and redo his prints-bring the affidavit of support!! God is good...but I never doubted him because he's been my guiding light this entire time!

Just received an email/letter from the chief at the Visa Services - Dept of State. They recieved my complaint and are doing everything possible to remedy the situaiton. Come to find out, NVC may have made me pay those fees without having to do so. What a great letter. So informative and what peace of mind it brings me....this will be over soon.

Ok, so update on my visa situation: They have decided to change it to a CR1. MY husband needs to re-do his fingerprints and I need to provide an Affidavit of Support. Not a problem, may add on a few more weeks but that's nothing. The big problem is, the Embassy in Santo Domingo does not have this info yet, only the Visa Specialists....so now it's a waiting game to see when they input the info. I've already faxed and emailed the 2 Mass. Senators, faxed a letter the the Embassy a...
