I though they would add the tracking number ?

We didn't get tracking number with email but in case status have one. Check your case status online.

When did you do your biometric finger print?

Hello everyone,

it's been some time since I've been on here, but we are back on the paperwork band wagon. Getting ready for ROC *wohoo*

Just wanted to get some input, since I've seen a couple posts about RFEs for others waiting for progress on their ROC.

Here's what we have gathered to send in as proof:

- lease for the condo we're renting with both names on it

- copies showing that we filed taxes jointly

- bank statements for our joint checking account

- credit card statements and copies of the actual cards showig both names

- statements showing each other as beneficiaries for life insurance and 401(k)

- car insurance cards and statements with both names

- copies of loan paperwork for a car loan in both names

- copies of utility bills showing the same address and both names

- travel documents from out trip to Germany last fall

- pictures

Am I forgetting anything? Any advice would be appreciated :-)

FIrst, he needs to come back. Second, (If I'm not wrong) after 3 years of his coming back date he will be eligable to apply naturalization through marriage. During that 3 years, he still can go back but his stay can't be no longer than 6 months.

Yes, I'm agreed with mouna44. You should have state ID at DMV. And, send quarterly full statements for both credit cards and bank account from the beginning of your marriage until today. You donn't need to send copies of cards.

Just wanna update that I received my 10 years GC in the mail today. USCIS uses 2 day priority mail but I just got it due to 3 days holiday.

Wish all my September filers, who are still waiting, get approval very soon.

On January 17, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

It took 4 days from approval date. Good luck to the members still waiting and I believe good news are coming soon.

We do have two cars title under our names. But, we don't have any rental or lease receipt for housing. We are living with his sister and bro-in-law family. But we provide letter from them explaining that. Plus credit card and bank quarterly full statement. Of cuz, tax return for both 2011 & 2012. We got approval without any issues. You're most welcome, Navyk. I need to say thanks to you. I got useful info from you as well as from our September filers. Just wanna add one info. Even we don't have any morgage or lease, we do have two car titles under our both names. Hope this update could be helpful for new filers.

We sent full statement quarterly for both credit card and and bank. We don't have insurance. We don't have any mortgage or lease as we are living with his brother family. But we sent letter from him explaining that. We got approval today. (110 days from NOA date) good luck to you all.

Unfortunately he is only under my medical and dental insurance. I don't think we will be able to file our 2013 taxes because his GC expires on 3/28.

Your window for USC filing will open 90 days from 3rd years anniversary of the GC that you are currently holding.

You are off by a year. It is 2013 now, her window opens in 2014.

Not all people arrive on CR-1 visas, so their date of "landing" isn't relevant. If someone came on a K-1 visa then their GC will be dated the day the GC was approved, sometimes up to a year after the person first came to the US with their K-1.

Here's my another question. Today I just clean all my paperwork and bills.

(1) I just found a letter of adjusted refund for tax year 2012 from IRS which I totally forgot to file in ROC..
(2) And also family household auto insurance policy summary where both of our names in. (we are living with his sister's family)
(3) Old Comcast bill from last year only under my name.

(4) My Verizon bill under only my name which just changed the owner from his brother.

Should I send them as additional evidence to USCIS or just wait and prepare if I get RFE?

OK Guys!!! It's official!!! My husband's case was approved!!! Just received hard copy in the mail stating:

Congratulations! Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved. You are deemed to be a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States as of the date of your original admission or adjustment of status.

You should receive a new Permanent Resident Card, Form I-551(green card) within 60 days...........

Unbelievable! After all we went through last year trying to get his conditional card mailed! Amazing!!!! Now all we need is his girls here to make things perfect!!!

It said information about children and it is part 4 not 3 so that you need to give your children information as he's your child nevertheless he's USC. They wants you all family member information. Answering "No" to question "is the child applying with you" means he doesn't need to apply with you since he has his own status already.

I sent my Turbo Tax copies in and had no problem. Good luck!
