I know thing can be hard at times. Pls my sister I ask you to be patient with him and I ask him to be patient with you. This is a life long journey and you just need to learn to have patients and understanding for one another. You must also always find a way to communicate with each other. My prayers are with the both of you. Patients, understanding, communication, LOVE, prayer and the blessings from God will get you both thru.

Adjustment is hard...stressful and can overwhelm...practice patience and talk it out... been there...so I know how difficult it can be...there is a new love growing between you two. Allow it room for mistakes and retakes. Even though husband has been with me almost two years we still have to push thru...work it out...even when it may seem doubtful..there is God's love that reminds us that we can pull it together. If you don't have the words..silence works wonders...sometimes it's...

OK.....so my husbands flight from Lagos should have taken off by now......He is in for a long flight.....I know from experience it is not the best flight....smiles....in just 10 hours I will be meeting him at JFK....with the kids to rush him.....lol

in four days he lands at jfk.... still seems unreal, will be glad to have him in my stressing time

OK 13 days and my hubby lands at JFK, Man 5am will come way too early to pick him up, and I have to drive 2 hours to get there with 4 kids...because THEY want to greet him at the airport.....smh!!!!

Can't say much about the experience. This is our second go around first the K1 then the CR1. So they didn't ask much, other than who petitioned for you, how many times has she been here, when was she last here, and do you have any additional photo's? I had front loaded so he didn't have to provide much although he printed a buttload of stuff to take with him. Thats all the asked and told him to come back next week and get his passport and visa.

Highyella72 Need to scan over all the documents I have remaining to my husband....so he has them when he goes to his interview, even though i front loaded, I refused to print and forward the whatsapp chat log, way to extensive, so he will be printing that in addition

I had wanted to go to Lagos for his interview which will likely be in May, however I have a work related conference to attend early May in Nashville..... I really need to attend this conference to aquire much needed CEU's for my profession.... Really wish I could be with him even for support....OH well, whats a woman to do.... but keep on keeping on!!!!
