Hello everyone!

It's 2 months now since I sent in my RFE, and yet nothing. I am praying for a miracle, for good news this week.

Is anyone in my shoes? (waiting longer than 60 days for a response from Vermont after RFE?

Congratulations Murid, and everyone else that got approved recently, I wish you all the best from here on out.

And for those like me who are still waiting, we will ALL receive approvals in Jesus name. Amen!

i am in the same situation , i have 2 months and 3 days for the date i submited my RFE...NOTHING YET ...STILL WAITING FOR A MIRACLE

hello everybody...i had the some RFE... i a lot of my bills with my husband i didnt have it ,but if you had water bills with her you get call them and ask for all the copies....if you had FPL...you also can ask for copies...they give you to you...i called them even my insurance and they send me all the copies

FPL they send me all my bills on my email...i didnt know either but my attorney suggest me to ask for....and to said that its an emergency...i got all my bills in one week

september 2010 - got EAD card without fingerprint

september 2010 - prima facie arrived

june 2011 - extension prima facie

june 2011 - got letter RFE

july 2011 - applied for renewal EAD

august 2011 - responded to RFE

august 2011 - EAD aproved

august 2011 - RFE REVIEW

september 2011 - EAD card production, never received

october 2011 - called USCIS about EAD, need to applied( again) for replacement

october 2011 - EAD fingerprint

in june 2011 i got a letter for RFE....it was about the abused...and other things that i send it already...they asked me again about...bills together...insurance...etc

i responde back in august 2011 and i still waiting for decision...today i did 2 months from the date i submit the request of evidence....still waiting

Hi everyone let me share with all of u what's going on with my vawa case.. I filed march 24 2011 got I -797 NOTHING else until now... I have done everything they told me to do when I have called.. Infopass no information ..write a letter inquiry about my case... last thing I did Service request still waiting ..they told me to wait 15 days, gave me a number for the service ... Help please it's been 7 moths already

i passed to the some thing....after 9 months the send me RFE, until that time nothing..i send the RFE and i am still waiting for an answer for 2 months...all the best for you....i applied in august 2010

hey Tuck dont despair...you will be fine...did you went with a attorney to the interview?...i am still waiting to for my I-360 approval, i have 14 months waiting for that...all the best for everybody

they never asked me either, but now is diferent situation in my case with the work permit

is good to wait, at least you got the I360 approved that is the most important, i either know what is mean to wait and wait, we need to have passion, you almost got the papers, 4 months plus or minus after all this i guess is nothing

Lucy you need to talk with your attorney, about the I485 finger print , in my case i dont trust attorneys anymore i changed 4 of them, i guess you may need to call uscis , but wait for a week , you just got the approval,,, is to soon to call them

i dont want to bother them, that's why i did not call, i prefer to wait, i applied for work permit , it was approved on 31 august, send it on september 2nd and i never got it, reason.....usps lost my envelope...i call uscis national center and they put me to apply for replacement...that's mean to pay 380 dollars, i applied and i will go for fingers prints next week, but it is the first time after 2 years asking me for fingers print, they always aproved my work permit without fingers prints

regarding the fingers print for I485 we will do it after we will get the I360 aproval , never before

I-765 FINGERS PRINT IS SMOTHING DIFERENT THEN I-485, BECAUSE I765 IS AUTHORIZATION WORK PERMIT AND I485 IS GREEN CARD , YOU NEED TO TAKE BOTH OF THEM UNLESS YOU DID NOT APPLIED FOR AUTHORIZATION WORK PERMIT

I APPLIED FOR VAWA IN AUGUST 2010, I GOT RFE IN JUNE 2011, I RESPONDED TO THE RFE IN AUGUST 31ST AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR DECISION ON MY CASE
