i just got welcome letter in mail:) ....how long its take for the green card to arrive after u get welcome letter?

hopefully i will be home with my family next weekend

Hi everyone ..my case 03/25/11 noticed of received ...nothing else after 5 written inquiry, 3 infopass ,1 congressional inquiry, and many many phone calls they sent me a letter on 03/26/12 it says they are working on it to get Final Decision.. Any advise is gonna be another month after the letter and no even prima facie ... Please help!!!

you need to be patient, i got my approval after 16 months ...an advice...i know its hard, and desperate but uscis , they dont care, and you need them, they dont need you, try to not push their hand, i had 4 attorneys in my vawa case and all of them told me that if i want a possitive answer i have to be more patient and not to make them mad

i am free now....its amazing...i am ready to celebrate...i need to celebrate twice because today i became an aunt too for first time, i have a niece...big day for me

i got the approval for green card today, everything went well, the lady didnt ask me anything about the case, just normal things, when i come to usa , birth certificate , final jugd. divorce , passport etc

for me the interview took 4 months....2 days left for my interview:)

Reason For Appointment: IN regards to your I-485 Application,personal interview

Bring with you: This letter,your alien registration card (if applicable), and photo identification such as passport,a valid driver's license,national ID,military ID,State issued ID, or other INS/USCIS issued photo ID.Please bring with you all documents requested at your intial interview.For those who got there interview letter, Do we have the same writting in the letter.Any comments will really be appreciated.Than you very much and have a good weekend everyone.

in mine says

you need to appear to......and its the uscis address

on : wed, april 11 time : 10 am for completition of your I485

you need to bring with you: this letter , id(some like you), drive license. etc

plus if you did not filed before medical record( in my case i did not filed my medical, and i just did it couple of days ago)

and my attorney says that i need to have with me my mariage certificate and the final divorce

congratulation for the intrview notice , i cant wait to be over ...i have 3 days left

yeah! how was the biometrics?

it was very fast , it took me 5 minutes

I have a quick question. When you get the interview notice for your I-485, does the status of your case change on the USCIS website? Or you just get the interview notice in mail?

for me it tooks 16 months to get approval i filed in august 2010 and i got my approval in december 2011, you need to be patient and everything it will be allright

on thursday feb 29 i got my interview notice....yeeee....it will be on april 11th at 10 am and my biometrics on april 6

i still cannot believe it that my journey its almost over

wait a little bit because ussualy its take like 4 months to procces I485,you need to wait for the second transfer , i got my second transfer a month later after my vawa it was approved

I got an email from USCIS that they have issued RFE for my EAD. I have not received the actual RFE in mail, so let's see what they are looking for.....

i got same thing last week, they asked me for 2 passport photos and 1 copy of my ID

i got my letter with RFE about my I765 , they ask me for 2 photos and copy of Id, i will send it today, i dont know why they give me this RFE because i just did the AOS 2 months ago, anyway is USCIS, THEY DONT SURPRISED ME ANYMORE

omg...Uscis is playing with me, last week i called USCIS regarding my i 765 that still in pending from october 5th 2011 and i did service request. in this morning i got text msg and email that they sent a letter with RFE for my I-765, its unbelievable...know, what they want....i guess they ask me for something to take more time because they forget abou my case....i will get crazy with them ....

Congrats Hopeful-2011.Julietta,try & call USCIS office & they will let you know what's up.I think your interview date is taking too long.Don't be depressed, u'll be alright.

As for me, i filed in April, i'm waiting to clock about a month after my biometrics b/4 i bother them again.

i called uscis a week ago and they told me to wait and its nothing that i can do, but i did today info pass for next thursday at 7.30, its ridiculos, more then this my work authorization its still pending from october and 2 weeks ago i had an accident at work and i have cervical and thoracic sprain but because i cannot renewal my driver license i cannot start the therapy and the pain its soo painfull....i feel like i cannot take all this anymore its so hard , its enough that i need to find someone to give me a ride to work every day from the last 5 months allready

i am so depresed ...where is my interview notice??????????????
