In 3 weeks we'll be putting his Advanced Parole card to the test. Going to bring tons of documentation just in case. But it still makes me nervous.

got the letter today for his interview, I'm a bit worried cause he hasn't been able to get his SSN, because the office said he couldn't until he got his EAD. Therefore he hasn't gotten a drivers license or any sort of bank account, cause they say he needs a SSN for those. I hope this won't affect anything.

USCIS sent notice that we have an appointment 08-30-12. is this a good thing? what are we supposed to do at this appointment? what do we need to bring? should we be nervous? 30 days is a long time to worry =/

Off to vegas in a couple days. Just wish it was for fun and not business. Either way, I'm going to make the best of it

It's amazing the difference in married life when both people are working. I wish they had a faster way to allow the spouse to work after arriving on K1. It would really help with the waiting process too. It use to be work auth upon entry. Hate they took that away.

Made plans for our Second (first) Anniversary next month. I said first because he was in Lagos last year and we didn't get to spend it together. His new job wont allow him any time off so soon so I had to cancel the entire week His scedule is week by week so we wont even know what it will be like next month. But any ideas on doing something close to home even on a week day night? I was thinking of doing a dinner cruise????HELP
