      first it was "missing" then when they found it they said they have to verify it's a certified copy. All I can hope is that they will give me a quick interview like you! Are you in the States now?

    So I translated Hadrien's birth certificate AND put a POST-IT note saying it was the birth certificate - I called today and an operator said that Hadrien's birth certificate was missing. ARE THEY INSANE ?

      in all truth, the call I made was pointless. Why are they so slow. Vacation does them no good. lol. I agree with you together, we have to hire a techie guy for them. We'll just interview one and send him over to NVC in New Hampshire and have him bill them.

      Just love your mate and appreciate tem everyday..and know and believe you will get a answer when its time. Some wait short time some long...Patience and understanding of each other is the best way to make it through!

      6 days now :) I did a check up background to all the documents with Lee on skype!!! and I put the huge folder under my bed, no looking at it anymore, and I still can't believe it!!! :)
