  1. So, Tatiana and Aleksandr interviews for CRBA were Yesterday and Today in Moscow. Tatiana was petrified about what she would run into at the embassy but it seems an Angel was behind her the whole way. For Sasha's interview he was asleep while Tatiana did all the work. He smiled while sleeping which made the officer laugh a little then went back to sleep. After looking at the extensive album that Tatiana created, the officer asked her simple questions, where did we meet, when did you go to the states, Why arent we married yet since we have a son? for the last one the Tatiana answered we are in the process of applying for K-1 Visa which my interview is tomorrow. The officer replied ohh ok well your son is approved I cannot deny him he looks just like his father. LOL Also the officer then later replied I will see you tomorrow then and let Tatiana be on her way.

At the K-1 interview Tatiana begins the process and starts handing paper work to another officer when the same lady from the CRBA interview comes in and says "This one is mine" with a smile. Tatiana felt at ease with this officer who then later only ask her one question, "have you guys broken up since yesterday?" Tatiana answered trying not to laugh, No. Then she approved Tatiana and she submitted the rest of the documents.

I just want to say to the entire may group of K-1 fillers, Thank you. With out you guys none of this would have been possible. From your support, to your comments and concerns, to your jokes and your tears, I wanna say from the bottom of my heart Thank you so much for everything. I still cannot believe my babies are coming very soon. It brings such joy to my heart to know that all of this wasnt in vain. To all of you still awaiting NOA2 and/or Interviews Dont give up! Stay the course! The reward is worth the wait. Your patience will be rewarded 10 fold and never forget why you are doing it.....For love. Thanks again guys. Love each and every one of you. Take care.

  2. Fiancee's Interview is tomorrow. Im scared shitless...and to make matters worse My phone was stolen T_T She has no way to reach me T_T. I gotta find another phone ASAP. But Yeah Im afraid for her. I hope all goes well. O_O

I'll be sending your fiancée good thoughts and you both my best wishes! I'm also scared about my interview next week...what is helping me is focusing on the best outcome - that my visa is approved. Positive visualization may help your nerves. :) Good luck, keep us posted!!

  3. Good Day my May Fliers.Anyone received their case number or interview yet? I hope it wont be too long! We just now trying to get back on track ourselves. Grace is really still torn up about her Dad and rightly so.We talked on video chat last nite here and she had continous Tears streaming down her face about her father. She told me this will be the first Christmas that she will not have her Dad there to help celebrate. She is still hurting, and I know its hard since he just passed a couple weeks ago. I do all i can from Southern Cali to support and give her Positive thoughts and feelings. I know with time she will heal and move on.BUT its hard. we have to get back on track now for our future. We only have until March 2012. Continue to pray and keep us in your thoughts May Fliers.

I am sorry if I post often about this, But beside my immediate family who is not as connected about this process as all you guys, who can i share to???? Thanks for listening and again I am sorry to keep talking about this, but she HURTS, I HURT!

No need to apologize, Tom! We are here for you, and to support you and Grace. Grace is a lucky woman to have you, and I have no doubt she feels your love and support during this time all the way from SoCal. I'm sure she's going to hurt for a while... my father passed away 14 years ago, and some days it feels like only 14 days ago. It took me a while to learn to live with his passing, but what brought me comfort - besides my family and friends - was that I knew he would always be with me, watching over me. He would always be in my heart and in my thoughts. Grace will learn to live with this too, and I'm glad she has your strength to lean on. If you need to talk, Tom, we are here to listen!

  4. Congrats!!! IMO, I would wait to fax anything until you have been instructed to do so by the Consulate. 3 days after our petition left NVC, I emailed the Consulate in Vancouver to see if it arrived, and if it had arrived, to ask if they would email Packet 3 to me. The Consulate in Vancouver is surprisingly quick in responding to emails (5 hours tops during business hours). So in the past few days they emailed Packets 3 and 4 to me and I booked my interview date. (Check out my signature below.). There are lots of interview dates open in the coming weeks (note that Woking is closed on Wed, Dec 28). Hope this helps... good luck! :)

  5. wow..your process is so fast..congratulation Team Katman. So quick question for you, when or how can we pay the visa fees? THe NVC sent my case to US embassy in Sydney, now im waiting for the package 3, i hope mine moves fast as well cuz im worry for fiance' visa of staying in Australia. it will expire soon and now it's a holiday season things may take longer..and also i would like to ask you, when submitting the forms for package 3, there is no need to sign for all the forms right?

Hoaphuong, I would check with the US Consulate in Sydney's requirements, as I believe it may be different from country to country and consulate to consulate.

I had to pay the visa fee online before I could choose my interview date. Also for me, for the consulate in Vancouver, I only had to send by fax Part 1 of Form DS-230 (Biographic Data) and the checklist included in Packet #3. I signed both documents, as was required.

Hope this helps! Good luck! :)

  6. Congratulation....can u tell me who send u packet 3. Was is nvc or embassy... Thank u and good luck for the interview..

Thanks! It was the US Consulate in Vancouver, Canada who sent me packet 3. I emailed the Consulate and asked them to email me packets 3 and 4, which they kindly did. How are you doing? I hope your AP won't take too long... I've seen some people on VJ who are in AP only a few days, then their case is sent off to the embassy... I'm praying that's how it will be for you.

  7. It Would seem now that most or all of us have our NOA2 and most have already gotten their Visa or about to get it. Lets not Forget each other in this long Struggle we began months ago. We were here for the support of each other, we shared with other, We cried with each other, we held up each other to stand when we were too weary! In essence we were like a Family, as we know the components of Family. I am so glad to have met each and everyone of you on this forum and I hope soon we get to see the faces behind the Posts.

Good Luck to each and everyone of YOU! Lets not forget each other as our journey comes to an end. Again Thank You Guys for your support of each and everyone of US!

Good Luck to the rest of our journeys! Our Special May 2011 Flier Group!

    TOM :thumbs::thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

Thank YOU, Tom, for always being there for us, for your uplifting messages, and for always having our backs. On days when I was feeling depressed about this whole process, I would read your posts and feel better. You are a true gem, and I am grateful for you and our whole May Filers Family for y'all's support. Thank you all! :)

  8. Hey!

Does anyone know if the NVC will contact is when they recieve our petition?

We received our NOA2 on the 5th of DEC. Just waiting to hear more now!

Our petition took about 3 weeks for it to be received at NVC (from VSC)... I called several times a week to check and see if it arrived. I was told it takes around 15 business days, which in our case was about right. I was finally able to get the case number yesterday and today our petition is on it's way to the consulate. We never received any correspondence from NVC. Just keep calling them. Congrats on your NOA2! And good luck!!! :)
