  1. Just got our case number and IIN!! Also sent in DS230. Rolling along now!

    CONGRATULATIONS!

Did you send in the DS230 or the DS3032? The assignment of agent form is the DS3032.. just making sure you sent the correct one! Also it seems as though you need to wait until you get the email from the NVC with your case # and such before sending the DS3032 otherwise they will not be able to process it!

  2. Our DS-3032 was accepted by NVC on friday 8/26 ... Just patiently waiting to be able to pay our IV fee. I dont usually see much NVC action on mondays but it would be great if they could kindly invoice that for me today! Should have all packets mailed to NVC by Friday! WOO HOO!!!

I did call and play dumb like I didnt know what I am supposed to do next and the lady said I have done everything right and since the DS-3032 was accepted last Friday that at some point today or tomorrow the IV bill will be generated! Thanks NVC!

  3. We sent ours as just a regular email also... Not as an attached PDF file. Here is what I put...

    CIS Case No:

I had my hubby send this email the same day that we reveived our email from NVC giving us our case# and AOS fee info. Ours was then accepted and I was assigned his agent 3 days later!!!

  4. You can call the IRS and they have an automated system that will allow you to request them to be mailed to you. the number is (800) 908-9946. I received mine in the mail about 5 days after I requested them!

Saylin or anyone else familiar... I am sending in my tax returns from the past 3 years along with my official tax transcripts. Do I need to send in my W2's also?

  5.

I talked to my hubby on lunch break and he is so excited! He had received all the emails too but they took about 6 hours longer to get to him lol. He said GO PAY FEES!!! I laughed and told him I did that 7 hours ago lol!

He did receive an auto response about the DS-3032 saying they received the email.. but not necessarilly that they have accepted it. Wow so much progress in just a few days it seems!

  6. ok if it says its not eligible yet then they haven't invoiced them yet. Kinda strange because you received your case number a few days ahead of mine. My hubby's country doesnt do electronic processing so maybe there is a few days delay while they set up EP for you??

I had tried to log in this morning and got SIF but then I got an email from them about 10min later saying the fee was ready to be paid and then I could sign in. Be on the lookout for an email!!!

  7. Anytime! I am going through this same process right now so keep an eye on my posts and you should be able to follow right along!

Also find Dave and Kinnari as he is awesome and I believe he is filing for a India spouse too so he might be able to help ya with the country specific aspects of this too!

  8. For you to correct the address just call them at the number I listed for you. Update the address with the operator.

In my signature where I typed "Able to log in" that is in reference to the NVC Payment Portal. Go to... https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/Signon.aspx?node=Signon

Once there you will select "Petitioner" and then type in your case # and IIN which were on that email you got. This will open the payment site and that is where you will be able to pay those fees

  9. When you log in is it pulling a red message that says it is not available for further processing? Or has that already happened and now you are able to log in again and see the fee amounts there?

Mine was there but showing NOT INVOICED... then I could not sign in for 2 days... then today I received the email telling me the fees are ready. When I logged back in they were there and I paid them. Also make sure you are using Internet Explorer and not Mozilla Firefox or Safari or anything else. Only IE will allow the payment buttons to be used!

  10. I received a series of emails this morning from the NVC. The first on just confirmed that I was eligible for further processing. I tried to log in but still got SIF. Then I got another email saying that they have accepted our DS-3032 email that we sent just yesterday morning. Then one more email saying that my AOS fee was ready to be paid. Tried logging in again and BAM... Paid it and received my confirmation emails.

Am I silly to think that since they accepted our DS3032 today that it could be ready to be paid before the weekend?

I could be finished with this whole deal by end of next week! YAY!
