  @carolp yes! we are starting to think that maybe that was the best solution but we really want this wedding in the states because I feel its fair for my fiancee to have one wedding there since I want to have a religious wedding in my country next year.   that means we cant get married there because he cant take vacations. If we get married shouldbe here in Germany that is a lot of paperwork too, @marklovetina I think I will take that advice and refile a new petition if we decide to stick to the plan legal wedding in US
