I ran acroos it online, its like a debit card that is tied to your account and you can make transfers to the debit card which can be used by your loved one in D.R. The rates are much cheaper than doing a money transfer thru else where.........has anyone used this and if so what do you think about it?

Just got my P4 package and interview date of 2/24/12. I am so happy that it finally came in. It actually happened while I was skyping with him and my phone buzzed, he said oh look you got a text and I said no that was just an email buzz so I checked it for his assurance;) and there it was the email from NVC.
