Green Card receive on Saturday!!!

Approve 10 Year Green Card. No interview, no fingerprints !! Received the letter two days ago and now waiting for the card.

i don't have a way to check the status of the case since he did not have to take finger prints.. Call and was told that it could take about six month to a year. Its six month today.

Found out that we do not have to do the biometrics. His info is current. Yet they stated they will not refund the fee, go figure

Has anyone ever heard of a Dominican Marriage Certificate needing to be Inextensa?

In May I will start the ROC process and in October another process (Welcoming a new Martinez to the family)

Those who did or have started ROC, did you sent the application three months prior to green card expiring or earlier? In the website it says not to sent it to earlier. I want to know when did people sent it.

k2 green card received 9/9/13. Resting until next year in May when start the ROC for hubby.

last week received K2 letter that green card was approved and now waiting for it.

Biometrics done today. That's done. No other paperwork until next year.

K2 AOS sent. Now to get ITIN in order to claim him as a dependent

AOS almost ready. Will re-check , take photos and then mailed out on Saturday.
