    Ok, I'm starting to download the forms already but the dates in it says it expired since 2002 in the consulate's page! Does that matter? Help?!!!

      Grab the forms from the State Department website. Brazil has a habit of not updating the forms on their website (all forms they list to get are the same, some are just out of date)

      Once NVC verifies they have sent your case to the consulate you can email them to find out your interview date. They will also send you a letter in the mail with the date. The average wait time is about 2 months right now.
