I received packet 4 yesterday and I thought they were going to send it to him but I guess not.....anyway, I scanned all the documents and emailed him so he can do his thing, just in case he never receives his. Cuz we know very well...this system is not reliable! lol

So... we are supposed to get the packet as well?!?!?! I've never heard of this, but sounds amazing!!!! Because I was worried he wouldn't get his. I'm waiting until Oct 15th to find out about our appointment since they received our packet in SD on Sept 30.
