In your skype account you have a conversation history at the bottom.Just screen shot those conversations (messages and call history) those you would like to submit as evidence. I will attach a sample of that skype conversation history. I hope you'll find it.

P.S. As you can see you can choose conversations like : yesterday, 7 days or 30 days ago to show . Hope this helps.

To answer your question no they didn't ask me CENOMAR of my husband. only the divorce decree from the US. My husband's exwife is already a US citizen now too. And had petitioned her second husband from the Phils too before me.

yes, get the US citizenship and apply for k1 visa after meeting your fiancee of course. my husband had same case as you do. married as LPR with his ex. petitioned them (with children) and then got divorced. became US citizen, petitioned me as K1. got approved. Good luck.

What I did, I printed 5-10 pages of conversation per month. And those were the ones I submitted to the US Embassy during the interview in a single folder.

Screen shots can help. Make a habit to screen shot while both of you are on skype. And I believe there is a record when and how long you talked on skype. Print that too. It will show how consistent both of you are talking on skype.

I think the first thing she should do, since she has GC already and done with AOS, is to find a job. Any job. Working in a restaurant, caregiver (which she can go as walk in), janitorial jobs etc. There are several care homes for sure in your area. She can research or walk in on care homes near (walking distance) from your place. Carehomes can hire you right away and start the next day (based on personal experience). She needs to have a job to support her and her daughter. And from there she can now start a new life with her daughter and file for divorce. God bless her. I know it's trying times for her. But for sure, it will not be forever.

Well, it could have helped your fiance to review what you passed on your initial submittion. But aside from that, you can send those documents needed for her interview which I am sure you can get another copy.

I think this is not true. Haven't heard from other K1 fiancee that this a new requirement.

Once you have your Manila Case Number (MCN) you can go ahead and have your medical. Check this site for the requirements.

Did you undergo medication at st. Lukes after they found you TB positive. If you were cleared at st. Luke's then, you have just to transcribe your I-693.if you undergone TB medication at st. Lukes, then you need follow up for your treatment here.let's wait for those who have same case as you have.

I had a positive ppd skin test here in the US. But my chest cray was normal.it was all part of our yearly check up with our insurance. It was my first year in the US. I passed st. Luke's without any problem. My doctor gave me medication for 9 months. I didn't.drink it.because I was afraid I might be pregnant. And it turns out I was indeed pregnant after a month. My doctor quickly asked me if I took my tb medication. I said I didn't take it. She said, that's good. She said I'll start my tb medication when it will be safe for me.

it depends on which part of the country you're going. if you're going to the provinces/country side, not the city, only provincial towns where people knows everyone, then you can wear all the jewelry you like. no one would snatch it or rob you. everyone knows everyone.

but if you're in a Manila or even cities far from manila, just to be on the safe side, please keep your valuables, on a safe place.

I had read somewhere you can go on with the interview.the embassy will just wait for the medical result. But I'm not 100% sure with this. We'll just wait for those who really know the process.good luck.

I know that there should be no more additional payments inside the US Embassy.but during my interview I saw a few who paid something on some windows. I met some who are also applying for k1 visa and cr1 visa. We all didn't have to pay anything. I don't know what was the payment for.they have windows exclusively for them which mostly the visa applicants don't go.

as far as i know, if your vaccination record (from original country) stated there that you have "complete" vaccination, then, you don't need a CS and the form I-693. But if your vaccination record (from orginal country) stated in the document that you have "incomplete" vaccination, then, you need the CS and the form I-693. for K1 visa holder and had their medical within 1 year then, the CS does not necessary have to do the complete medical exam but only to transcribed the I-693 form. you can verify such information from the USCIS website. go to "forms" click the I-693 form and download the I-693 instruction. you can read there that K1 with medical done in original country within one year doesn't need to have a full medical exam.

just my thought.i'm sure you were given your personal copy of the I-693 from your civil surgeon. maybe you can bring that with you back to your civil surgeon and show the civil surgeon the RFE and both of you work it out what was wrong with the I-693 form that the USCIS wasn't satisfied with it.just my two cents. good luck.

If I had enough income and assets for my husband and I to live in my own country, my husband would have moved to be with me and would never had done the visa journey.but for now, we are waiting for husband's retirement while we'll work together to save money until his retirement so we can both go home to my country and live there for good.

Our io didn't stamp my passport too.she (io) took the I-94 though.told me to keep the ead.but advised to return the ead card when it expired to uscis by mail. Also told us that she will recommend us for approval. Got the GC after 7 business days,

well, instead of thinking that you might get denied on your interview, why not direct your energy on building up your supporting documents for the interview, so you will be well prepared and everything is complete.
