Yea i can see you guys have almost same timeline. Did you received email from NVC for IV payment yet? If so you should be able to make the payment immediately bcos mine was less than a minute after the email came in.

Did you fill out the DS-260 already or it hasn't been activated yet for you?

One more question. Do I need to submit the paper version of the DS-260 (DS-230)? Or just filling it out online would do it?

I'm sending the following docs with the IV package:

- Birth certificates (Mine & spouse's)

- Marriage certificate

- Police certificate

- 2 photocopies of beneficiary's passport

- 2 photos of beneficiary

Am I missing something?

My IV fee is still IN PROCESS, so no ds-260 yet. You only need to fill ds-260 online, no more ds-230 hard copy.

I'm sending the below:

• Cover letter
• National Visa Center IV Barcode Sheet
• Photocopy of beneficiaries passport biographic data page (Spouse and Child)
• Original of beneficiaries birth certificates (Spouse and Child)
• Original of beneficiary and petitioner's marriage certificate
• Original beneficiary's Police certificates (Spouse)
• Passport photos x 2each (Spouse and Child)

I'm not sure you have to send your birth certificate as petitioner. You might wanna add a cover letter if you want.

I received and paid the IV Fee today. Finally getting to the end of this long journey. I guess now I join the "waiting for completion" club.

Called now and the AOS is still in process. She said as soon as my IV fee shows paid on NVC, the DS-260 will pop up and that i should fill it ASAP.

Was on the phone to my wife talking about it and the email just came in, logged in and it was ready for payment. A step forward.

Expecting email to fill out DS-260. It might be tomorrow before i get that though and it might also be today. Impossible is nothing.

Talk of the devil, i just received IV invoice for my wife and son and paid.

That's what I'm thinking. I guess they're working on it and they're getting ready to send an e-mail to pay the IV fee. When did the IV fee change from "Not available" to "Not pay"?

Last Friday, so i was expecting to get something today but still nothing. But like America-del sur said until we get the email nothing is happening. I've stopped checking until i get that email invoicing me. Try make a signature to help us all.

I have a quick question re the IV processing fee. I just checked the CEAC website and the IV fee shows as "Not Paid", however when I click on "Pay" it takes me to the fee webpage, but it doesn't show the fee to pay it. Does anyone know what might be going on?

I'm having same thing and thinking they've started working on it because i couldn't click on it before and i can now. Also, before it was showing my son's name but now its not showing both my wife's and son's name. So i'm assuming they are working on it.

Hi everyone, today we received two emails from NVC

1. Acceptance of Choice of Agent

2. Cover Letter CHecklist

last sept 9 - we sent our AOS package

last sept 17 - we sent the choice of agent (ds261)

this is the checklist that we receive.. does it mean that our AOS is ok already?

Yeah it better happen next wk. any idea long more months we have to wait until our interview letter

I think they've started working on mine cos i am able to click on the pay icon now but still not showing any names yet unlike before that i can't even click on it. I hope i will be able to make the payment on Monday and it will just be on time for me as i will be back from the sea mid-week.

17 business days has passed since i submitted DS 261 form.. No response for IV fee invoice from NVC yet. Its getting more frustating.

3) cover letter = AOS barcode sheet? No. Cover letter summarizes what the petition is all about and lists the documents you have in your envelope. Its not compulsory but it makes going through your document a lot easier for reviewer

4) I cant fill IV fees unless I submit AOS packet? No, until your DS-261 is accepted.

My question is what is AOS package??

I need to wait till NVC send to me by mail or I should download I-864 from net and send with necessary document?

I m bit confuse about AOS package.. How NVC communicate to me what is exact procedure.??

AOS is Affidavit of Support. You will have to download the current I-864 and i recommend you download directly from USCIS website. After you've paid the AOS fee you will have to print out a barcode sheet which you will place at the top of the below documents and send to NVC.

• Cover letter
• Form I-864 (Signed and dated). If more than one beneficiary make copies and attach
• Copy of 1040 and W2. If you have IRS transcript that's fine.
• Letter of employment
• Pay stubs for past 6months

They will communicate via email.
