Thanks guys, if that is the case how do i get it certified and where in Africa or USA? Getting copies of those things in Africa is more than what you think. Although, what i saw In the I-130 instruction is to submit a copy of the marriage cert and birth cert. but i guess you guys are talking form experience.

Notorized documents are not accepted. The instructions are clear and says ONLY original or certified douments will be accepted...

Hi,
I'm not really new to this forum 'cos i've been following in a while. I need you guys candid advice on my situation before i put in I-130 petition.
This is my story, please don't get bored. I got my green card through diversity visa lottery in 2008, though my former wife is the principal winner and we activated it early 2009. Later, things got out of hand with us and ended in divorce mid-2010, after having lived together in UK for 4years and a year in the USA.
Just after the divorce, i met a lady back in my country (Africa), she got pregnant and we just had a bouncing baby boy 3weeks ago. 2weeks ago, we had our wedding done but not a flamboyant one.
Now to the scenario, I had put the below together for the I-130 petition for my new spouse and son but I need you guys to please chip in one or two things before I file I-130 when I’m back in the US by month end.

That shouldn't pose any troubles later in life so far you have a marriage certificate to back it up. Although, you should have used her married name if you had filed after your wedding but if not the case it doesnt matter.
I have a question for you. Did you file I130 petition for your new son separately or did you just mention him on the mother's petition?
Goodluck.
