So mad now, what is the deal man, how come i have not receive anything from USCIS yet regarding my AOS. I' m getting so mad now

Been 14 days since they got m AOS , and yet I still have not receive my email notification or text. now I' m getting impatient, should i call the USCIS or ?

Well, you will need to fill the I-134 and 2007, 2008, and 2009 tax return and if your already fill your 2010 so your dont need your 2007.

They have everything already. my fiancee went her first interview just because we didnt the kind of pictures they wanted, they requested my present, i went their for the second interview on the 02/09/11, he saw my fiancee's answer and mine are marched but we have to wait for 15 to 20 days for the final result.

i know to pay for the visa it was something around $395 US if i'm not mistaking and the med it is quite a lot too just dont remember how much it was.

Now i'm waiting for the consul from Haiti to give me the final result has he said.

Once they receive your application in Haiti and you have snd them all your package, you have nothing to be worry about cause i was in the same position too.

wrote to them twice, they said my application will be review by a consul and they dont know how it's going to take.

Yea, they requested me to come to Haiti for the duo interview. here's what happen, she went for the first interview, after questioning her, asked her for the pics, they told her this is not the kind of pictures they looking for. So they told her to bring that kind of pictures and for me to be present for a duo interview.

Went for a duo interview in (Haiti) last week. After asking us couple questions separately, they consul said that our answers matches but we have to wait 15 to 20 days for a final result and he didn't keep my fiancee's passport. Now we don't know what is going to happen next. Has this kind of thing happen to any of you b4, can someone help me or explain please ?
