Status changed to Interview Scheduled, filed July 5, 2019 in Dallas.
Waiting on letter to show up in documents.

Hello there! My application is based on 5years (marriage) and I don’t know what else you will bring at your interview. But to share mine, I brought greencard, the interview letter, driver’s license and all original documents that I submitted upon application. I also brought in income tax returns, passports of my kids and my husband. None of these were asked. Only ID for check in and getting a number. The IO only asked me the letter, green card and my passport. 

Once I get the date I will let you know:)

Jan 22nd is my oath ceremony date!!! 💃💃

Looks like they are moving very fast... This morning I got a notice that my Oath Ceremony Notice was mailed!!! Can't wait to find out the exact date!!! Almost!!!

Mine took almost 4 months after I got the interview notice and status changed to “we scheduled your interview”. I had my biometrics Aug 12th, interview notice received on 1st week of Dec and had my interview Jan 3rd.

I had my Oath Ceremony today, and just updated the spreadsheet for reference. It looks like there are a few of us whose oath taking is scheduled to be today as well. In that case, congratulations to all of you! 
 
And I know that Oath Taking day experiences has been posted before so I’ll keep my account short.
 
The ceremony I attended today was held in my city’s district court. Security was a breeze and there were 22 new citizens. I turned in my Green Card and the accomplished oath letter to the immigration officer present (he was my interviewing officer too lol) and then I went to my assigned seat in the court room and found a packet with a flag, a US passport application form, a Welcome Citizen booklet and a message from the President. Also in the packet is my Naturalization Certificate (the joy is unreal to be finally holding this piece of paper after all the immigration battle!) and court petitioned name change certificate. There were two judges in the seat and they both gave their endearing remarks. We got sworn in and the event came to a close in about an hour. 
 
Thank you, everyone for all the kind word during my time in this forum. This was truly an epic journey. I hope for you who are waiting for the end (and possibly the start of our new American life) a brave heart, a strong mind and a never ending will to get through and through!

I’m glad to find this forum. I just had my interview on Jan 3rd. Everything went smooth. My IO asked me my job, it wasn’t that specific on my application since there was no option for my title when I did it online. So he changed it and made me sign the paper. He apologized since I walked up to him that their computer is having some technical issues. Ipad was not working as well. He said I was approved and that I will get the notice of oath. But when he handed me the paper it says “decision cannot be made yet...” so I asked him. He said because of the computer issues. The next day my status changed to “you attended your interview”. Waiting game again.

I just had my interview today. It was painless. I arrived 30 minutes early on my scheduled appointment of 10:35am. I checked in and waited to be called. Took about 20 mins waiting. The officer apologized for the wait because they are having computer issues. He asked for my passport, green card, and appointment letter, verified my information. He then took my picture and index fingers print. Soon we proceeded to the Civic Qs. I was asked the following:
 
1. What are two ways that Americans can participate in their democracy?
2. Where is the Statue of Liberty?
3. Name one state that borders Canada?
4. Who vetoes bills?
5. When was constitution written?
6. How old do citizens have to be to vote for President?
 
I was only asked 6 questions, since I got them all right, he stopped and congratulated me for passing the civic exam. Their ipad is also not working so he printed a paper with 3 questions and asked me to read the first question. It says “Who is Abraham Lincoln?” Then he congratulated me for passing the reading part. He again printed a paper and asked me to write “Lincoln was the President during the Civil War.” Then said congratulations! We went through the questions on my applications (the ones that are answerable by yes or no). He printed the oath and had me signed it. He then showed me the information that will be on my certificate. He said I passed and that he will send his supervisor my recommendation. But due to the technical issues, he can’t tell me the oath ceremony date. They will mail me a notice and if they need more information, they will call me. He gave me a copy of the approval.
 
Done by 11:30am. Indeed a great New Year for the first business day of the year!!!

I got my approval notification!!!!!! I am so so happy, now just waiting to have the ceremony scheduled. @FGr did you already get your ceremony letter? Somehow my completion time jump to June 2020 after today's update lol 

On 11/25/19 received new appointment scheduled for N-400. 
Interview: 01/08/2020.

Oh wow oh wow!!! I think they heard your little piece of encouragement here for me! Just saw now that they scheduled me for interview!!!! No date yet, but woootwooot!!!! 

It may be because of the holidays coming up. I am optimistic your letter should be coming soon. They sent my letter on October 30, I filed at the beginning of July, so maybe by the end of November they will send your letter.

Had my oath ceremony today! My journey is over, or better say, off to a whole new start. 🇺🇸❤️ best of luck everyone! 🇺🇸❤️

Nobody can really tell when your case moves from one step to another. It depends on how fast are u in submitting needed documents to NVC. Once all documents are ok, you will receive a case completion notice. You will then need to wait for an interview schedule for u. As of now, someone with PD of FEB2012 got IL. The PD really moves fast and it could become current soon

Hello mga kabayan! Just an update. My visa interview was approved today! (Sa wakas!)
I checked my visa status via ceac website and it says "Issued". I opted to pick it up to a 2go branch here in Pampanga. Hoping to get it soon!

I paid the USCIS immigrant fee a week before our departure to US. Since then, i saw our case to be pending and fee accepted up to the day we entered the US. When i tried to log in today, i can no longer see our cases. Have you experienced the same?
