    hi. im living in fl as well and applied for a driver license after my I-94 was already way expired. best is go to a tax collector office. show ur passport, ssn, marriage certificate, ur I-797 that u applied for the green card and lease or utility bill. if u not on the lease its enough if the utility bills are in ur husbands name and he also has to file this form : http://www.flhsmv.gov/html/CertificationofAddressHSMV71120.pdf

    they should give u a one year temporary card and u have to go back when u get ur green card. if they dont know what they doing ( what mostly happens lol) talk to a supervisor or go to a different location :)

    okay transfer to a level 2 officer was simple. After 25 minutes on hold they were able to tell me the biometrics date which is July 16th. They said they only mailed the letter 4 days ago and if we don't receive it in one more week then call back and they will fax. Finally, it looks like this train is moving!!

    that sounds good. and yeah calling them is nerve racking.cuz they talk and ask u all these question and it takes forever to speak to a trier 2 office. but yayayay u stayed in there and made it. so thats awesome. and good that they going to fax the letter to u.

    just call the day they told u to call again go thru all the holds and call center ppl until u speak to a trier 2 again and then they going to fax u the letter tell u it can take like 2-4hours but they call u when they send the fax out to make sure u got it :) :)

    today was finally my EAD card approved and send out.. i thought that day never happens and i have to die on being bored to death lol ..

    but yayayyayayay finally can start working soon.. sooo glad..gonna open a bottle of champagne now..cuz it is a lil milestone in the whole visa process :) :) :)

    for all who are still waiting, it will come .sooner then u think :) :)

    hi shane8. about your question so far i know is that she needs to have a permit address in the States and can just live abroad for 6monts. but im not quite sure. i hope some other ppl on here with way more experience could help.

    maybe it helps if you ask that the thread gets moved to the AOS forum :)

    I try not to look at pictures of Wayne Rooney because he's ugly and I want to keep hold of any food I've recently eaten.

    Having said that, are you sure it's his hair and not a rug? ;)

    hahahahahaha i really dont know.it looks weird. no hair, suddenly hair.. im all confused ;) hmm could be a rug...

    maybe thats why he aint playing, cuz he is afraid his new "hair"gonna fall off lol :rofl:

    u two could have a small wedding for just u two or with some family and friends in the 90day period. a lot of places like bed and breakfast offer package for it and make the day really special and have a big wedding a little later on when you have the time to plan and invite ppl, so u two dont have the stress to do it all in 90days.

    and special when you wanna do it in the spring in march the wedding season starts and on friday, saturdays and sundays most places are booked months in advanced.

    What do you do if they lose your paperwork after approval?

    hello. my friend just has the same situation. around the same time she received her noa2 like you did and now its somehow lost.her fiance calls the uscsi and nvc everyday and gives them pressure. but of course both sides say the other one has it.

    did you called the nvc??? sometimes they have it but its laying around there and doesnt have a case number yet. that what happened to my friend.so they told her to wait like i think 15days .

    just keep calling them and keep asking about it, maybe that helps..

    i hope you getting soon ur packet 3 :) and that it all works out fast for you :)

    wow gomez ( my hair is always perfect and doesnt move lol ) decided to show up to the game.

    sunday next round and winning vs denmark.. so we are all save in the nxt round..
