US Immigration from Turkey

My I-551 extension will expire in July. There is no guarantee when I'll get an interview date for I-751. I want to learn what I need to do to continue work and travel while my I-751 is pending. Can I get another I-551 extension?

Filling out the affidavit of support form right now but the household size section (part 5, item 1) doesn't let me type in the number of persons being sponsored. And therefore the total household size is stuck at 1, can't change that either. I tried other PDF readers and it still won't work properly. Any advice?

My husband and I are preparing the AOS application and we have a question about providing financial evidence with the affidavit of support.

We have a letter from his employer stating his hourly and annual salary and all the details. His salary is much more than the 125% of the poverty line so we re good there. However, he has been working in this job only for a few months and his tax return from 2023 shows much less money.

Our question is, should we still include his tax return from 2023 and before even though it s below the required financial level? Would the letter from his employer showing his current income be enough? Do we need to include any other evidence of income?

Did anyone here marry their spouse in The Bahamas or somewhere in the Caribbean? I'm looking for personal experiences with getting married there as non-citizens.

I know that this waiver is hard to get and we're nothing special, but I am in a social hardship predicament (I'm the US citizen) that makes meeting him physically very difficult.

Long story short: I have sole physical custody of my two young small children. Their biological dad is not in the picture at all. It would create extreme hardship on them to get them on a plane going across the world to meet him. I have known him online for a decade and we fell in love. We want to be together and create a future. We are assuming the tourist visa would be denied outright as we have romantic intentions beyond visiting as friend/family. We are friends first of course, but the wait time for an interview is almost 2 years in his country (Turkey) to even be considered as a yes/no for the tourist visa.

Would my situation being the sole physical custody parent of my 2 young children be considered extreme hardship for our meeting?
