US Immigration from Turkey

Hello all! I just almost finished filling out my i 130 for my non american spouse(Jordanian). We were married in the country Georgia but her passport shows a ten year difference in her birth year. SO they put they same date on our marriage cert. 1976 vs 1986 for example, it should be 1986 (on her birth certificate it is real).

So now I am confused on what to do. SHould i submit the i 130 and risk a RFE or rejection? there are 2 years of her passport time remaining, could she just try to renew her passport before the time is up? what do I need to do?

Also on the marriage cert, my first name is missing a letter in it. the original paaper is in georgian language but the translation paper in english shows my name missing the letter. How they messed that up I dont know. Many languages dont have the "H" in their language like english.

Hello, I'm pretty sure this has already been asked. But i'm still fairly new on using this website.

As for filing for the k1 visa, when do we have to submit the affidavit of Support? I have been told from someone on another website (reddit) that we don't have to fill this form out until way later when my foreign fiance already gets their appointment interview date? But I just want to ask and make sure.

About myself, i'm currently a college student. I get paid $1200 dollars every month for 9 months just for being school in full time. I also have a job and I get paid around &600 per month from my job. So that's $1800 each month i'm bringing in. I also just got a job promotion recently and I may be making $15 an hour (that's just what i've been told , but I know i will be getting a pay raise anyways).

Last years income taxes, I wouldn't have meet the income requirements because covid happened and i was unemployed. But when i file for taxes next year, I know i will be able to meet the income requirements for the year of 2021. Anyways, i'm trying to see if I will be able to sponsor him by myself without needing a co-sponsor/joint-sponsor?

I have also been told from a person on reddit that I can also show them my month to month earnings? But I just wanted to ask from you guys

Any advice is appreciated. I'm sorry for being everywhere, but i just want a thorough explanation on this as much as possible.

Hello everyone. This is my first time posting on visa journey so I am still new with navigating this website.

I'm currently doing the K1 visa paperwork and it asks to list all of the work history and previous home addresses... Do I have to list exactly every address and previous employment? To be honest, I don't even want to put down temporary jobs or addresses I have lived temporarily (less than a month or a few weeks). Will this be a problem?

So our K-1 was approved on 29th of April 2021. It's been almost 4 months and NVC says they still havent received our case. As you know the approval notice has validity for only 4 months. We tried calling both USCIS and NVC. USCIS says we have to speak with NVC and that their job is done with the approval. NVC says since they havent received the case from USCIS that they have no information to give to us. We have no idea what to do or whom to speak with. This causes so many hardships. Anyone has any helpful advice on what we could do or whom to contact with would be much appreciated.

As anyone received two NOA1 letters from two different service centers?

Our lawyer mailed the I-130 petition out in March 2021 to the Texas Service Center, then I received two NOA1 letters the same day at the beginning of April 2021 with an IOE receipt#

1. NOA type: Account Access Code - California Service Center at the bottom. I received but not our lawyer, and it was uploaded by USCIS in online account

2. NOA type: Receipt - Potomac Service Center at the bottom. Both myself and our lawyer received but it was not uploaded by USCIS in online account.

I sent a message to USCIS but I am waiting for a reply. Just want to see if anyone else has experienced the same thing and what service center was actually processing their case.
