Hello everyone. This is my first time posting on visa journey so I am still new with navigating this website.

I'm currently doing the K1 visa paperwork and it asks to list all of the work history and previous home addresses... Do I have to list exactly every address and previous employment? To be honest, I don't even want to put down temporary jobs or addresses I have lived temporarily (less than a month or a few weeks). Will this be a problem?

You need to put the truth. Be careful to lie or hide any information just because. If they are asking you for places where you lived the truth is your only correct answer.

Good luck

Okay, truth is always the best policy. I understand this question might make you anxious or worry and I don't normally answer questions on here but this is something I can relate to.

So when we applied for our K1 me (the beneficiary) put my parents address because although I had been away in Canada on a work visa and lived in a couple of different places for some time, ultimately I decided to just put their address seeing as I had pretty much lived there for most of my life, so although I lived in a few places very temporarily, that is my safe haven and that's what I did and then later realised I only did the one address so I specified on the packet 3 forms and went into detail.

Also for work history, I put down any job I had for more than maybe 3 months I think is a good rule to follow..others might disagree but I think that's fair.

I can't give you the absolute correct answer but I can give you my answer, my disclaimer is that we have not quite finished the process yet.

DM us if you need any other help or questions.
