Hi everyone I really need help answering this question because I am not sure.

We are assembling our papers for NVC and want to make sure I understand this step right. My husband (the beneficiary is Tunisian and lives in Tunisia).

What I understand is:

we need to fill out DS260, and upload civil documents. The Civil documents are: birth certificate, marriage certificate, ID, Passport and I read somewhere about military records? My husband never went to the miltary, do we need to submit anything ?

And for myself I live in the U.S I would submit the affadavit of support and my tax return.

Please I need answers about the military question and just confirmation on what documents are needed.

Good morning every one. My story is, in 2017 i used the K1 visa to bring my fiancee to US it got approved and we got married. When my X got his status changed approval he quickly started the divorce papers and left me for some one else. He divorced me in 2018. Then I met my current husband in person in 2021 and got married in Tunisia. They are both from the same country. Now I am still waiting for a resolution to my case but nothing... No denial no approval. its been for me since 09/22/2022 last time i received my NOA1 and recently i send 2 request inquiries about why my case is taking longer than usual. Do you guys have any idea why is taking so long>? and if this is consider a complex day bcz of my story events then up to how long could it take? just trying to find some closure that's all thank you all.

Hey! We re at the NVC stage and we re stuck at the petitioner s document step. Can anyone please help us double check that we re uploading the right documents the right way?
So my wife is the petitioner and the sponser. We don t have any joint sponsers.
Here s what we have uploaded so far for the petitioner:
1. form I-864.
2. most recent year tax transcript.

.Here s what we uploaded under (AOS additional documentation ).
1. 2022 and 2021 tax transcripts. (Separately)
2. 2023/2022/2021 W2 s ( separately not combined)
3. A letter from the employer under Proof of current or self employment
4. Petitioner s marriage termination.
5. Petitioner s birth certificate
6. Petitioner s passport copy as a proof of US citizenship
7. Petitioner s drivers license copy as a proof of US domicile

My other question is do we need to upload marriage certificate under the petitioner s documents? If yes which one? Is it their previous marriage certificate or the current one?

And for the last 6 months paystubs, do we need to upload all of them separately or all combined in one single PDF?

.Lastly, we re not sure if we needed to upload all of that because the instructions are sometimes very unclear and it doesn t explain if you need some of those documents only when you have a joint sponsor or not.
