US Immigration from Tunisia

Hi There,

I am an USC petitioning my Tunisian Husband for a CR1 Visa. We both currently living in Tunisia. We have previously got DQed, Have done the medical examination and we have received the Interview date at the end of August 2022.

We have few Questions if you guys can help.

Question 1: Our Joint sponsor doesn t have a passport. The Consulate requested A passport biographic page copy of joint sponsor (My Dad).

We have provided birth certificate/ Voter registration/ Driving license. Is that enough?

Question 2: Shall we upload all new added document to the CEAC online or we just take them with us to the Interview? Will that affects our DQ?

Question 3: What Copies/Original to provide to the Consulate?

Question 4: We haven t submitted any Photos proof of relationship at the NVC stage (We only did at the USCIS Stage) We are preparing an updated albums. Shall we submit that online or we just bring it with us to the Interview?

Question 5: How should we organize the paper. Should I stack them on top of each other as a whole pile or divide them into different folders.

Question 6: Please double check the documents we will submit on the day of the interview and let us know if we missing anything.

Hello , My DQ was June 17th we are still waiting for Interview Letter. We are Tunisia Embassy. Please post here if you get IL in August and which Embassy and Dq. Thank you and good luck.

Our i-129f got approved even though I'm the beneficiary didn't sign the letter of intent to marry while my fiance signed it

So If the case transfer to the embassy could the embassy send it back to the USCIS just because of this missed signature or guys please if anything I can do to avoid that

Good evening every one. I hope someone with more knowledge than me can help me out with the following question, and thank you in advance.

In the application I-130 (page 8 of 12 Part5. other information).....is asking if I have ever filed a petition for this or any beneficiary or any other alien.... The story is,,, that I was previously married and did filed a K-1 Visa, which petition was approved..... therefore, I am CONFUSED whether I am being asked if I have previously filed/petition a I-130 visa (the answer would be NO) or if I have filed/petition any other type of visa (then the answer would be YES)...

Can someone help me answer this question the right way please? Thank you

Hi!!! I have a question about my CEAC current status online. Last night we received our DQ and it shows all our documents have been accepted and approved. The problem is when we go on CEAC case status it shows that (Action Required: Submit Required Document) instead of at NVC.

Has anyone experienced this? We are hoping that it takes few days to update. Thanks
