I can't make heads or tails of whether or not they even do it. I've tried finding information and nobody knows if they do or they don't. Do I need to directly contact them to find out if they do? If it helps I have lived with my wife here in Chiang Mai Thailand at her parents family home since before we got married. We have been married for just over three years now. So we can show that we have been living continuously in Thailand and I have not and back to the United States in 3 years.

I see that 150 citizens with I-129F approvals filed a law suit against the Department of State because the NVC is not processing visas. What is troublesome to me is that the Department of State recently announced that the K1 visas should be given high priority. But according to the law suit, the NVC is still not processing K1 visas and considers them part of the president proclamation. Considering that my fianc lives in Thailand where Bangkok recently announced that all visa categories will be processed starting October 1, does this mean that the NVC will simply not send visas to the local embassy because they are not being processed? Anyone know?

Our NOA1 was March 6 i believe.. Originally our timeline Forcast NOA2 July 2,, This forcast slipped until Aug 1 within a month or so. We still have not got our NOA2 an its (/14 so 2.5 months late... I am hoping it will only be a 3 month slip at CA service center. If I look at all the Thialand timelines there are no recent progress on anyones timeline. ITs been 9 months apart and no sign of lifting of travel restrictions by Thailand. Its been hard but I guess its a good test of our relationship. I'm sure there are many couples like us. Well wishes to all.

I am wondering how the processing times are calculated on this website? I assume when someone receives the NOA2 form, they will need to log into this website and enter the date received. If they don t remember to log in or do not update their profile, I assume that could make it seem that the process is taking longer than it may be since maybe they received the NOA2 but never updated their status? I see someone that entered a date of March 10 and one other on March 5, but the rest date back to February. I am wondering if others received in March but did not update, which is why the processing time shows 180+ days.
