Hey all, I have received my EAD (pending GC), but my wife s EAD and GC are pending. Currently I am on H1B and she is on H4. If I use EAD for a new job, my H1B/her H4 will get cancelled. Will it be okay for her? Will she go out of status since her GC is not approved yet? thanks for your help!
