My wife w/ CR1 and myself(US Citzen) are travelling from Korea to Seattle in Februrary. She has no physical packet like some of VJers have mentioned. Just electronic format. - Will I be able to stand by her when she's at the booth or secondary check point?
- Does she need to mention she's coming in with CR1? There was a thread about someone coming in with Travel Visa instead of CR1. And having to painfully correct it after the entry.
- We use PO Box for receiving mails. We want to make sure the CBP/USCIS understand this and put both the physical and the mailing address are correctly on file. For Green Card. Will we have the opportunity to mention this to the officer?
Thank you.

Hello. I submitted my i129F petition back in October for the K1 visa and I just realized that I made a mistake while filling out the information about my fianc 's parents. I filled out all of my fianc 's dad's information, but his mother passed away a few years ago, so I didn't include her name or birthday. I just filled out, "deceased." Should I be expecting an RFE because of this mistake?

Hello all! I'm the husband and military member and my spouse is Korean and in the country on a K-1 Visa. We have married and we have started the EAD/AP/AOS process. I was selected for an /unaccompanied/ assignment to South Korea (her country) - has anyone had luck with expediting their case with an unaccompanied assignment? I can classify it like a deployment since my spouse will not be coming with me (on the government's dime) - however, since she is a citizen of that country, she would move off the base and get an apartment close by. She also mentioned she could only stay outside the USA on AP for six months or less. If she is moving back to her country - to be with me - can we extend this time? Please let me know if you have any experience with this or can offer any assistance!

Hello Fam, I just want to ask about your expirence traveilling overseas with extension letter. What was your expirence at the destination country and your expirence when arrive back home at the port of Entery? Did you stand at the primary line or secondary line? Was your extension letter recognized by the flight agent? Did you have hard time at the port of entry in U.S? I know the is a topic like this in 2017.However, I am asking about recent expirence. Thank you!

How long will it take my case from " Case ready to be scheduled for interview" to the Actual interview. I have been waiting for 3 months now since I saw that status nothing has changed. Asking to those who have pass through this. How long did you wait before the actual interview?
