How everyone please help me understand because I have googled and research with various information I am not to sure of the real facts where do you submit the form I-864 is it included in the initial application when you start of as a petitioner or do you wait until they actually request for it. When does one actually fill and submit this form please please help.

I ve been trying to fill out the I-130 for my stepson but am hitting a roadblock on something seemingly simple. He has visited the US once before on a visitor visa but when I attempt to access his I-94 number online it says not found. I have multiple times gone through and followed the instructions in the FAQs to try variations on his name and still nothing so I filled out the form for assistance twice now with no answer after 2 weeks. Can I just attach a copy of his visa and the passport stamps with an explanation to his I-130?

My parents will be filing an I-130 for my sister once they receive their green card, whenever that is. We were planning on having both my parents sponsor my sister (just as an insurance) but noticed that my sister's birth certificate is missing my father's last name. Everything else, including his birthday, place of birth is correct. My birth certificate doesn't have this issue. Are we going to run into issues if my father were to sponsor my sister?

I realize answers might be sepculative at best but does any one have information on when premium processing will be available for the expanded employment based applications included in the Emergency Stopgap USCIS Stabilization Act? Premium processing fees already increased for applications that were eligible but there doesn't seem to be any movement on the newly allowed applications.

I was very excited by this news initially but I'm starting to feel lost if it will ever be enacted.

My partner and I just got married and I am filing the documents this week. I just wanted to know if I should submit all of them at the same time or wait for the i-130 and i-485 to be approved first? Thank you.
