Hello all, Has anyone ever got an RFE for unknowingly providing the incorrect dates of addresses they have lived at? I am just wondering because I can t remember the exact dates that I reside at some of the addresses that resided at. I can only remember the year, but not the exact dates. Thanks in advance!

Hello all, I don t know if anyone has ever experience this but I recently got a divorce from my ex husband after filing for his adjustment of status. Our marriage was just not working out despite efforts on my part to make it work. I met someone when I visited my country this summer and I have plans of filing for him in the future. I don t want my ex husbands filing to affect my plans of bringing my fianc . So my questions is should I send notification to USCIS that I no longer want to be part of my ex s filing or just wait to send the divorce decree when I file for my fianc . My ex husband is giving me conflicted stories about his permanent residency card, first he said he has an interview next year, and recently he said he has also already received it before the divorce was finalized and he s not showing me any proof of this. I don t believe it to be true since we haven t attended the interview to remove the conditions on his two year permanent residency card.

Receive this from my Congressman today as my case has been pending for 90 days now and this is what I receive .S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that case is currently pending at the Philadelphia Field Office. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national security, and compliance with all relevant directives. While a decision has not yet been reached, the case is currently under review. We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the case will be completed. If additional information is required notice will be sent via regular mail. Thank you for reaching out. Let us know if we can help with another matter in the future.

I recently got a divorce from my ex husband whom I filed an adjustment of status for since we met and got married while he was on a student visa. I recently reconnected with an ex boyfriend whom I regretted losing because of the history we had since we were kids. Anyways we reconnected recently when I visited my country this summer. He knew I was still married to my now ex husband who I was in the process of divorcing at the time is the meeting. My divorce was finalized two months ago and I am thinking about filing for my now fiance. He proposed to me on the phone shortly after I told him that my divorce has been finalized. He said he didn t want to take the risk of losing me again this time , my sister is going to bring the engagement ring when she returns from my country soon. We both either lost or deleted the pictures we had together so the only pictures we had of each other are the ones we took during my trip this summer. Will that be enough evidence to submit on the I-129 or should I wait to file after my upcoming trip to see him in April 2020? Your assistance is greatly appreciated in this matter.

Hi Visa Journeyers, I filed my I-130 in April 2019 and it was sent to the Texas Service Center. In September, I tried to expedite and was denied Now I m stuck in limbo, since I m not sure whether my denied expedite means my case moves to the back of the line or whether I can expect my approval in the same timeframe as if I never tried to expedite. I want to hear from folks who are in the same boat re: denied expedite cases but have since gotten the approval! How long after your denied expedite did you get an NOA2? Thank you!
