US Immigration from Peru

Hello!

I've seen some conflicting information and am hopeful someone can give me some guidance on their experiences with the following:

- I am doing an adjustment of status and I need to have my fianc 's birth certificate translated from Spanish to English. I am fluent in both languages and feel that I can confidently do the translation myself. Is that acceptable for the AOS or do I need to have an unbiased party do the translation? Does anyone have any templates they've used when doing the translation? Is it just typing out what the certificate says on a word doc (down to the stamps)?

My brother in law is FB4. At Visa Journey their Jan 2022 column reads 2007-03-22. Does that mean in January of 2022 these visas being processed were from 2007 year applications?

In short, my fianc e wants to finish her college thesis, but it has been delayed by the school. Our visa moved surprisingly quick. Our priority date ends on July 20. What happens if we do not schedule an interview with the embassy? I do not know what to do and I cant find answers online.

I am hopefully filing today, and before I do, I want to make sure I am filing everything properly. For my wife, I file the form Form I-130A, correct? Also, she has a son, he is 12 years old, but I am basically his father and have been his supporter since he was 3 years old. But he is not adopted yet. So, he is legally the son of my wife. So, for him I fill out the form i-130, correct,? Besides the basic documents, I just need them to provide passport photos. Do I have this right? I would hate to fill out the wrong forms.

Hey all, I'm about to file our I-129F. At the advice of a lot of people on reddit we followed the S+Y K1 Visa Journey videos.

I have met my fianc e 4 times in total, all of which are within the last 2 years.

She is from Peru and I'm not sure whether that's considered a high fraud country, though I'm assuming being in LATAM it is.

Is this too much? If Peru is considered high fraud I would think that I should front-load evidence, right?
