US Immigration from Peru

Hello! I read in https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-related-news/temporary-policies-related-to-covid-19 that because of pandemic delays one could start working with the EAD approval notice since the actual EAD is taking a long time (surprise to no one) to be mailed.

My questions are:

1) is this still valid? The last related entry is from November 2020 and I think it was until February 2021. https://www.nafsa.org/regulatory-information/temporary-use-i-797-approval-notices-due-covid-19-ead-production-delays

2) I know the EAD is used as both an employment authorization and a travel authorization, so can the I-797 EAD approval notice also be used for traveling outside the country? or do we need either the EAD or the AP?

My spouse is applying for AOS and is submitting a I-131 with the application. For Part 4 how detailed or important are parts 1.a and 1.b? She will want to go to Peru to see her family/grandparents but would also like to travel to (who knows where now) some other places for vacation. Should we list countries like Mexico, Italy, etc. for vacation and say "vacation" in part 1.a? Or just list Peru in 1.b and say for 1.a to visit family?

My spouse is filing for AOS and I'm a little confused for what she should be putting for number 27 of form I-765. According to the instructions, it looks like she should be under "Adjustment Applicant under Section 245--(c)(9)" but number 27 on the form as three blank spaces (___) (___) (___). Should I just put (c)(9) in the first blank and leave the others empty?

Hello everyone, just some questions in regards to our packet rejected.

We think the rejection was because we didnt sign the Credit Card Authorization but there is no way to know because it was destroyed. So we want to send the packets again. but we file mid Feb so:
- Since I-130 for hasn't changed yet in the USCIS website, should we file the same one we sent (the pages have new staples marks by USCIS and some printed numbers and signatures at the bottom in the rejected forms) or re-print a new one, or doesnt matter?

- the AOS Form is updated now, but they say they are still accepting the old version until April 19th, should we re do it with the new version?

After filing the i130 online in the beginning of February, I received an email stating that the submission was received and several days later received the 797 in the mail. We Mailed out the i485 and related documents the day after submitting the i130 online.

Tonight I received a text message stating "USCIS: Your case was received. Receipt # IOExxxxxxxxxxxxx. Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) to follow in the mail."

My concern is that the receipt number in the text message is different than the one we received after the submitting the i130. It almost makes me think that USCIS has it in their system as two separate cases, even though I put the i130 receipt number (for reference) at the very front of the packet. Has this happened to anyone else? I can't think of another explanation other than they have them as two separate cases. And they said in the text tonight they will send a 797 but we already have a 797 with the first receipt number. Scares the heck out of me : /
