On form I-134F it asks a question about my household size. I live in an apartment with my soon to be wife. Would my household size be 2?

Hello, just here to know if anyone else Adjusting Status from visitors - students - work - visas (Not K-1) are in the limbo with the process or that haven't got any NOA, tex message or mail saying that they cashed the money and the process started. It has been over 45 days and still no response from USCIS, I know we are still on the range limit (of 60 days) but we have seen on the forum people getting their NOA in less than 30 days. I wonder if AOS from those visas take more time to process or cash the checks. Thank you!

Hi everyone, My husband and I are finally filling out the I-130 but we are a bit confused on the employment history part. He has been working for the past 4 years at the same company on landscaping and he is laid off every year for about 3 months because of winter, the dates on which he started or stopped working are different every year, during this time he applies for unemployment benefits. So, we wonder if we should place a single job from 2018 to the present or if we should consider it as 4 jobs with different start and end dates. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hello Everybody! I am Peruvian. I got DQ'd on July 11th, 2020. My husband works for the U.S. Army and got orders to move to Germany. I have the SOFA card to move in with him and just found out I can change the interview location. My case is still at the NVC and here in Peru the U.S. Embassy is moving really slow. I'd like to know if changing location will modify my case in any way. Thank you!

About three weeks ago I received the appointment letter for my biometrics, just days before they had rejected my expedite request for the EAD for financial loss/job offer and said my case was on hold until biometrics (first EAD, so I've never had them done besides at the consulate for my tourist visa). Randomly checked case status for my I 485 today and says fingerprints were taken a week ago. I haven't done anything and my biometrics appointment is this Monday. Any clues on what is that all about?
