US Immigration from Peru

Is it possible to submit the police certificate at the embassy rather than during the NVC process?

The NVC is requesting a police certificate from Peru. However, my partner is currently visiting me in the US. Peru states he has to be present in person in order to request the police certificate and cannot do so while he is visiting in the US.

Would there be an issue if we submit in writing this issue, with the hopes of getting the police certificate during the US embassy interview?

We are about to file the I-130/130A forms online but I have a couple questions if anyone is able to answer them - I would greatly appreciate any help in advance!

1. I'm curious to know how the signing of both documents work? I've read previously that you e-sign is this still an available feature?

2. Also read that someone who uploaded their supporting pictures uploaded them t off of a word doc (PDF) is this also still a good way to submit the photos? (OG post was from 2020)

3. And third how do I go about submitting my passport photos that are required?

4. For my husband who is currently living abroad - does he have to e-sign the I-130A and does he have to submit passport photos - if so how?

Ive been drafting the affidavits that are required for the spouse visa process, and I was wondering if there s any format or mandatory requiremets for them?

Also, been creating our file with photos, plane tickets, conversations screen shots and so on, what else can be helpful to build our case and be airtight?

I ve been told that, if my spouse is currently living abroad, he must still file Form DS-260 (Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application) to obtain a visa to immigrate to the United States, but he has a current tourist visa already (B1/B2), would he still need to file Form DS-260?

Also, would he be able to travel to the US with his tourist visa while the process is ongoing?
