Hi quick question related to yours, If a sponsor is married files jointly the spouse will be filling out i864a to complete poverty guideline now there are several siblings each one needs separate i864 and i864a applications, how is the household number supposed to be answered when there are 2 separate families coming at the same time or within 6 months?

Does the income have to cover the families in total?

my sisters oldest is 24 years but I think she is protected under cspa

could someone help me with calculations.

Usc who petitioned siblings 20 years ago and now received welcome letter from Nvc this week. My sister original i130 did not have her child at the time, child is now 14 and will not have be registered for processing fee. How do we add derivative child to my sister case ds260 will ask biological children and he will be registered but how will he have his visa at the same time as my sister and spouse?

ive read on other threads about dq date changing but not sure if that would be an issue with this case. Could some one please guide me through this? Greatly appreciated!

I filed an I-601 waiver on Nov 21, 2024 at the Nebraska Service Center.
After my immigrant visa interview (May 16, 2025) I was refused under 212(a)(6)(C)(i) and told to submit the waiver.

On July 23, 2025, USCIS called me and said my humanitarian expedite request meets the minimum criteria for review. They gave me a Referral ID (WKD###########) and told me to expect an email with fax instructions to send my evidence.

Context:

• My mother (U.S. citizen) has terminal stage IV renal cancer with metastasis.

• My Senator s office and my immigration attorney have already sent supporting evidence to NSC.

• I also sent my full package by FedEx to NSC (delivered the same day as the call).

Question:

• How long after the referral did you get the fax instructions in similar cases? As of today is day 8 (out of the 10 they mentioned)

• If NSC already has the evidence from me, my Senator, and my attorney, can they skip the fax and go straight to a decision?

• Anyone here had their I-601 approved directly after this stage?

• Should I do another move from my side?

I am desperated because my mother is getting weaker each day.

Hey all, my fianc e was recently approved for a k1 visa and her flight is scheduled to arrive in the US from Peru on July 1st through Miami. She is freaking out thinking that CBP will detain her, or worse send her back because she has seen tik toks of CBP doing that to other US visa holders. Is anyone able to calm her mind a little (and mine too, to be honest) by saying what questions will be asked? We have a wedding date and location picked which I would assume would be the extent of their questioning, but can somebody confirm this? Thank you all in advance.
