US Immigration from New Zealand

I kindly request your help on the following:

I got my green card back in December 2013 based on a K1 visa and since then I have been residing in the United States (there were two trips outside of US - each for less than a month). I am still married to my wife.

Now for the basis of eligibility question - do I check the 3 year or the 5 year option?

I am confused because I have now clearly lived here in the US for more than 5 years and I also have obviously lived here for more than 3 years while still being married to my wife.

Can you please kindly guide me as to which option should I be choosing?

So confused as to what is best for my fiance and myself right now in the middle of this pandemic.

i havent seen him since august last year Due to flights been cancelled into New Zealand from the US In march and my two flights from New Zealand to the US In july and then august were cancelled. now on top of it all I m expected to pay horrendous amounts for quarantine costs if I return to New Zealand which at this point I have to as I have no Visa other than an Esta. I m totally devastated as I don t know when I ll see him next so we are trying now to get everything together to move on with our lives in the US however we are unsure whether to go down the K-1 route Or Marry somewhere
Like Tahiti or Hawaii And then start the CR1 process.Can anyone here please shed some light on what would be the best right now at this time.

We are both feeling the effects Of been separated Mentally it s making life each day a bigger struggle than it has to be.

I kindly request your help on the following:

I am applying for my US citizenship online and in the "crimes & offenses" section I am confused about how to answer to the following questions.

In 2016 I had a speeding ticket for driving above 15 mph in a 55 MPH speed zone. The cop issued me a ticket and I paid the fine online before the due date. Never been asked to come to a court.

I retrieved my driving record from VA DMV and it has the date on which I got the speeding ticket and used the word "convicted".

Now how do I answer the following the 4 questions: (I've written my prospective answers to each of the questions)

Have you EVER committed, assisted in committing, or attempted to commit, a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested?

I answered NO to the above.

Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including any immigration official or any official of the U.S. armed forces) for any reason?

I answered YES to the above.

Have you EVER been charged with committing, attempting to commit, or assisting in committing a crime or offense?

I answered YES to the above.

Have you EVER been convicted of a crime or offense?

I answered NO to the above.

Can you please kindly let me know if my answers seem correct?

Can I travel outside the US during N-400 application? should i maintain my rent contract even if I have a job in the US? How long can I leave the US?
