US Immigration from New Zealand

So I sent off my application on the 21st of October and trying to figure out:

1. which service center it will go to?

&

2. When will I receive NOA roughly? I heard it was 2 weeks but is it extended because of COVID?

I kindly invite your insights/inputs on the following.

Today I received a letter from USCIS stating that "USCIS is able to reuse your previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics".

USCIS will run the same security checks and use your biometric data as in the past, however, it is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) for a biometrics appointment. The biometrics fee will not be refunded".

Is this normal?

Also the service center is listed as "NBC". What is the relevance of this?

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone have any tips or tricks for getting past the USCIS Robot Lady who answers the phone? Im trying to contact them because my case status is way past the normal processing time and they haven't answered the case inquiry I filed online. No matter what I say the robot won't pass me on to an agent and it is beyond frustrating.

Any help would be amazing.

My husband had his interview today and it went well! He was told he got the visa, but we ll have to wait about 2 weeks to get his passport back. The interviewer suggested he wait til December to fly to the US. We ve been apart for long and we really don t want to wait til December. I have tried looking for answers as to why he would need to wait as there s flights flying from NZ to the US every week and Spousal Visas are an exception to the Presidential Proclamation made earlier this year. Anyone have insight to this? I will be reaching out to the US embassy, but just thought someone here might have answers. Appreciate the help!
