i would appreciate your help. i am about to send my I-751.

1- My wife and I have two common kids and one of them is a newborn. i dont have birth certificate yet, is the hospital birth record ok to include for now?

2- i have evidence of rental agreement showing we reside together, joint credit cards statements, joint car insurance, and health insurance plan...cant find 2019 tax papers we filed jointly, can i send 2018 ones or won't be necessary considering we have two common kids?

3- do we have to request interview waiver or is it just up to USCIS?

would appreciate your help guys.. thanks

1). When bringing the I-864 form to the interview, should I update it if there is new information (such as a new address etc) or should I print it out & leave it the way we submitted it to the NVC?

2). At this point in the year, should we submit tax records for 2019 and 2020 as well, even if we didn't submit these records to the NVC? (the interview is next week)

I lost my jib recently due to covid 19 and still got no umployment yet(in the process). I do have a joint sponsor who is married and make suffitient income.another issue, I have 2 kids on my own one of them get claim by his father in tax return.

questio 1- which form the joint sponsor have fill out?

question 2- under the house hold number should i enter 4 (me, my 2 kids and my husband) or 3?

question 3- can i put the child support as an income for now?

question 4- I'm starting a business, should i check the box as a self-employed?
