Hi everyone, When submitting the i130 application and documentation: how many chat conversations should I include? How many per month and how many per year? Would it be the same for calls too? We have known each other almost four years and I'm not sure how much to include. Please give specific examples if you were successful!

Hello everyone, So I just got married to my husband in Morocco (yay!) and I have a question about moving there for a year. (I'm back in the U.S. at the moment) I think that living together for one year is going to demonstrate that we are in a bona fide marriage and want to be together. Is there some reason I need to be in the US after we have submitted our i130 application, if I am able to work remotely and meet the salary requirement given by the US government?

Hi everyone, The title pretty much says it: which format do you recommend using to file the application for the CR1 visa: mail or online. If you have time and want to say why that would be great but a simple mail or online will do as well! Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I did my research and I saw this same topic on the CR-1 and K1 forums but I wanted to get the opinion of those dealing specifically with Morocco. When i met my now-husband I was still legally married but unofficially separated from my first husband in that I was living in the house with him but living separately. I met my now-husband on a language sharing app and we started out as friends but then things evolved. I visited my now-husband once while married, once while separated, and the third visit we got married. Have any of you had the same situation? How did the Moroccan consulate react to this, meeting and even visiting while married? Should we try to downplay the fact I was married? I would really appreciate advice from anyone that was in this specific postion or knows someone who was. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, Happy New Year! So we got married in Morocco and will start the CR1 process officially. I have a question about the acte de mariage. Has anyone on this forum gotten married in Morocco as a divorced woman whose last name was still the same of their ex-husband? If so what name did you put on the acte de marriage? I'm wondering if I should have changed my name back to my maiden name before doing the acte de mariage because now I am on the acte de mariage with the last name of my ex-husband. I had planned to change my last name to my husband in Morocco even though women don't do that there. But if I change my name to his last name, the name on the acte de mariage will be wrong. Does that make any sense?? Help if you can!
