US Immigration from Morocco

My wife is waiting to be contacted about picking up her Visa. We see an on-line status of: Issued/Printed. Is there anyone immigrating from Morocco who has received this message? If so, how long before you were instructed to pick up your Visa? We received "Issued/Printed" status since 11/30/2020. We have had to change our flight once already.

Hello! The NVC sent my fianc s k-1 to Madrid on December 8th . We are not sure why they sent it to Madrid since he no longer resides there. I did contact bother Madrid and Casablanca. Madrid responded saying they will send it to Morocco once I contact Morocco and ask for the transfer. Well I contacted Morocco over a week ago and even my local congressman contacted them two week ago! Still nothing from Morocco. Is there another email they use different from the website? Has anybody else had this issue with Morocco? How can I get in contact with them? My fianc s resident of Spain expired so there is no way for him to get to Spain for this interview

Does anyone exprience this problem befor in the interview date the embassy cant see the documents in nvc website but we can see them from ower side and this cause 22g and they ask to upload documents again

I was wondering if anyone one can tell me how to speak with a live rep at USCIS. They have changed the system and at this point I don t know where to get answers. My husband s 18 month extension is about to run out and it say on the website our case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. This was the last status change as of 125 days ago. We have not received a letter with an interview date or a new extension letter. Anyone have any tips or advice? Thank you in advance!

He has a k1 visa. They said that he needs permission from the embassy. That he can t travel. Please someone help me. I don t know what to tell the people I need help
