US Immigration from Morocco

Does anyone exprience this problem befor in the interview date the embassy cant see the documents in nvc website but we can see them from ower side and this cause 22g and they ask to upload documents again

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone one can tell me how to speak with a live rep at USCIS. They have changed the system and at this point I don t know where to get answers. My husband s 18 month extension is about to run out and it say on the website our case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. This was the last status change as of 125 days ago. We have not received a letter with an interview date or a new extension letter. Anyone have any tips or advice? Thank you in advance!

He has a k1 visa. They said that he needs permission from the embassy. That he can t travel. Please someone help me. I don t know what to tell the people I need help

My I_485 application still on fingerprints were taken, i had my biometric on 8/29/20. We are moving to another state so i filled that form for change of adress online and i i got confirmation on my email that request is successfully submitted and i have that form AR-11. do you I need to mail that form to adress mentioned? Also if anyone had experience with this changing address while application is still pending.PD:05/07, Thank you

Or Miss wizard. After waiting ages for our K1 visa, we finally got it. Now we are trying to figure out how my fiance can actually leave Morocco. It seems no one is sure of what authorization form he needs from his province. Everyone says something different. Where can I find legit information?!!!

We have a flight booked from Casablanca to JFK on December 14th. He went to the Chefchaouen provincial office and the officer there said he would only give him permission to travel around morocco. On the paper he wrote he has permission to go to the Casablanca airport to leave the country. We asked specifically for the form that states why he is leaving Morocco to come to USA to get married. They said he has to have a marriage certificate. He explained he will marry here. Showed them the visa and they said no just the paper we gave you.

Some other laypersons have said they got a different form or that this form won't work.

If he gets to the airport and is turned away because he didn't have the correct paper from some dude in an office I'm gonna lose my stuff.

Can anyone confirm what is needed?
