US Immigration from Morocco

So I received my visa last month and when I went to pick it up they only gave me my passport and three papers that carry the instruction on how to pay fees and covid 19 travel instruction. What should I do? Can I travel now? HELP

I really hope I can ask this question correctly! So on the list of proof of a bona fide marriage on the I-130 application, the second item is "a lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence, meaning you both live at the same address together". At the same time, I understand that some people who were living overseas with their spouse and returned to the US just before their spouse's interview got in trouble because they couldn't demonstrate an established residency in the U.S.. So how can I both live overseas with my husband and show residency in the US? Is this only for couples who already both live in the US (like maybe the spouse has a student visa or something)? Or is it that you should live together overseas for some time before applying for the CR1 visa, but then as soon as you start the application, move back to the US? Does that make sense?

Sorry in advance for phrasing anything the wrong way! I'm wondering if I can change my name (to husband's name) after submitting the i130 application or that will cause a problem?

I have a question about passports. My fiance is Moroccan. We are currently waiting on our NOA 2. If all goes well and he is approved to come here, his passport would expire in 2022. How would he renew that for future travel to Morocco if he's not physically in Morocco? Or would he be able to use the expired passport and have the green card as his travel document? Or does he apply for a USA passport? Just trying to think ahead and can't seem to find a answer on this one.

I have heard today that the Moroccan government requires that a person needs to have authorization to leave the country. My case is a K-1 Visa. Does anybody know anything about this?
