I arrived to United States finally, let me tell you about immigration customs

Once at jfk airport there is a section called : visitors with visa, so we went there they took our finger prints and then led us to a room where officers have computers, I gave them my passport n was told to sit, after few minutes they called my name and asked me where I came from, and where am I heading to.

That was all!! I was not searched or even asked document.

I have one question what should I do guys to inquire about my green card, I already paid fees before arriving to country two weeks ago.

 I would like to know if someone can help me. My husband had his interview on March 9, 2020 and the officers told him that it would be the last interview, later on August 11, 2020 he had to be at the consulate for fingerprinting and surrender his passport, for the second time the medical examination, police and court record and DS-260, until today's date we have not had news. I check in ceac website and it has been updated in Sep. 17, Nov. 2, Dec. 16 and until today February 4 we have not received any calls from the consulate so that you can pick up your passport and your resident package. What can I do or who do I have to turn to, I need some advice.

Do we need to still buy insurance within 30 days of arrival to the US?

my Brother met his wife while she was visiting our country ( overseas).

she came back and got married.

went back to the US and filed for a spouse visa, everything was going smooth until they needed a sponsor since she was only working part time..at that time they couldnt find a sponsor and it took a toll on their relation.

she decided to disappear...with no word or notice..she vanished..now 5 years later.. my brother wants to re marry, but he need to divorce the American girl first, she is no where to be found, we found some addresses online,the foreign court keep sending her documents to sign just to finalize the marriage but they get sent back for address in incorrect.. we tried looking her up..facebook..online..nothing.

can you please advise on how to handle this situation?
