US Immigration from Morocco

Hello guys,

I m posting here because I m looking for someone who s been in a similar situation. I received my interview letter from the NVC, so now I have to book the medical visit appointment before the interview (as directed by the NVC) except I couldn t find any dates before the interview. The approved doctors are all booked and busy. Has anyone attended their interview at the consulate/embassy then went for their medical appointment a week later? Can anyone share their experience? This is is Casablanca post, Morocco.

Hello has anyone had a positive experience at nvc without having their tax transcripts? My 2019 return is still being processed and I had to send 2020 by mail so l don t have any information about that one yet? I m worried about getting an approval from nvc and then for my husband having a hard time at his interview

On the I-864 forms. My dad is going to be a household member and fill out the I-864a to combine i guess. I am stuck on my form, Part 5. Sponsor household size. So I am sponsoring for my husband, we have a daughter who lives with me. Then my dad who is the household member. My mom lives in the same household, but I do not need to use her income to meet the requirements.

3. This section, do I add my husband or no because I have him on section 1. for the member you are sponsoring?

I have been reading through the guides but can't seem to find the answer to what I am trying to find. We are currently in the K-1 process but I am trying to do research ahead of time. When the time comes for the Adjustment of status after marriage, my last name will change once we are married. I am the US citizen. When we send off the packet for the AOS for my fiance, is it okay that my last name will still be my maiden name on things such as my passport, ID, etc? Legally it will have changed and be listed on the marriage license, but I won't have a new passport or drivers license by that point. Is this going to cause problems for his AOS when the time comes? Or is it best to change my documents first, then send in his AOS after marriage?

I am filling out the I-864 form. I am trying to figure out some things. For household size, its me, my husband, our daughter (born in usa), and then I have to add my dad (lives in same household) because I did not make enough income last year. So since my dad and I have the same living address, do I just add him in the household size? So four people altogether? Do I add my dad's income amount to mine in the Part 6 #7 or no?
