I know we are in the tax season, so I already have my W2 from 2020 sent out to me, the financial document which is I864 requires that I send the IRS tax transcripts for the most rent tax year+ W2, however, if I plan to file this coming week I will not have the transcript for 2020 in a while. so Should I just send them 2019 tax transcripts and W2 since I did not file yet for 2020? should I wait to file until I send my Documents?or

can I send them 2019 tax transcripts and 2020 W2?

Went to apply for SSN 10 days after arrival. He received a letter at the appointment saying they needed to verify him through DHS and that it happens occasionally. They told us it should be completed within a week or 2. We are 4 weeks out at this point. I've called every week since we applied and gotten the same answer that they are still processing it. The last couple of weeks they told me it normally takes a month, which is quite different than 1 to 2 weeks we were initially told.

Is anyone else experiencing this kind of stuff? I read previous forums from 2014 about this and that it doesn't take this long anymore. So I'm just confused.

We filed an I-751 to remove conditions on my green card over a year and a half ago. My case is waiting to be scheduled for an interview. Meanwhile, my 18 month extension expired in the beginning of this month and I need to get my driver s license renewed. What do I do????? Do I somehow need to get an extension on my 797 receipt or my green card before I can get my license renewed? Help!!

Once at jfk airport there is a section called : visitors with visa, so we went there they took our finger prints and then led us to a room where officers have computers, I gave them my passport n was told to sit, after few minutes they called my name and asked me where I came from, and where am I heading to.

That was all!! I was not searched or even asked document.

I have one question what should I do guys to inquire about my green card, I already paid fees before arriving to country two weeks ago.
