Wedding celebration before we signed wedding papers

Hi everyone, When my husband and I got married in Morocco recently, we had the wedding celebration with a few family members (due to Covid) a few days before we signed the actual marriage contract with the adoul (because it was getting close to my departure date and because of an upcoming holiday). Now we are confused about photos of the wedding celebration. I said we should put the actual date we celebrated with his family, but my husband is worried it will confuse the USCIS because that date is before the date we actually got married. What do you think?

Please can someone tell me how I can obtain police certificate here in morocco,Am a Nigerian, but I live here in morocco,NVC requested for my police certificate both from my country Nigeria and Morocco,so i first travelled to my country Nigeria and obtained Nigerian police certificate, then came back to Morocco and I went to police to apply they told me to apply online which I did,a week later is went to the court and they printed it out, is been called casier judiciare (Criminal Record)so I sent the documents to NVC and they rejected it,saying I should get police certificate Fitche Anthropometrique,So when I went to both police and court and explained to them, they said Police Certificate here in morocco is been called Casier judiciare,(criminal record). That is the same as police certificate.....they rejected it twice,So please right now am confused I don't know where to get the exactly the documents they needed again, because here in morocco police certificate is what they called Casier judiciare (Criminal Record)and that's what I submitted to them.somene should please tell me what to do????????

Hello all I decided to join because I come to see random discussions a lot and find myself needing answers my boyfriend currently resides in Morocco We met online and I went to visit in January 2021. I know with the K1 visa I d have to visit again in order to prove our relationship however now we re deciding if it would just be a good idea to go ahead and get married when I visit this summer. I guess I m just wondering from those who have gone through this process should I try to bring him to the US on a K1 visa or just get married and file for the CR1 visa what would the time frame be after we get married? Could he even get approved for the other option (k1) thanks in advance

Good morning wonderful group,
We received the I485 interview notice for my wife scheduled to be end of March. She arrived to USA on January 7th, 2020 with a K1 visa. We got married on the same month and filled for green Card on April . We got the work permit and travel documents by 11/2020. My question is does she need a new medical exam and Vaccine records? ( the original was giving to the embassy at the K1 interview on December, 2019.
Thank you in advance!

where to get certified copy of passport in Morocco

Are there any Certified Acceptance Agents or Acceptance agents in Morocco that will submit form W7 for my husband to get an ITIN? If not, to which agency should my husband go to get a certified copy of his passport? This is for tax purposes and not USCIS purposes. The IRS requires the original passport or a certified copy from the issuing agency as proof when applying for an ITIN.

This is from the IRS website:

What is the difference between a "certified" and a "notarized" document?
A certified document is one that the original issuing agency provides and certifies as an exact copy of the original document and contains an official stamped seal from the Agency. These documents will be accepted. A notarized document is one that the taxpayer provides to a public notary who bears witness to the signing of the official document and affixes a seal assuring that the document is legitimate. These documents will not be accepted for ITIN applications. Note there are some applicants who are exempt from this change.

Thank you in advance!
