US Immigration from Morocco

I'm reading instructions for the I-864. It says to include all unmarried children under 21, but "You may exclude any unmarried children under 21 years of age, if these children have reached majority under the law of their place of domicile and you do not claim them as dependents on your Federal income tax returns." My son is in college. He uses my address and lives at home during the summer. I did not claim him as a dependent on my taxes in 2020. He supports himself and my parents have been kind enough to pay for his dorm at college. He uses scholarships and loans to pay the tuition. The other issue is that he will be 21 in December and I don't see anywhere on the form that asks for names and birth dates for the children. I don't know whether to include him. Even if he's legally viewed as a dependent (which I'm unsure of after reading the instructions), he won't be in 2.5 months.

I sent off my 2020 MFJ tax return and ITIN application for my husband on May 13. No word about anything until two days ago, 9/3/21. I got a letter from the IRS addressed to my husband but his name is spelled wrong. Also, they are asking for his passport (or certified copy). What I included with his ITIN application was not an original certified copy of his passport but a scanned copy of a certified copy. I'm not sure if the issue is with the scanned certified copy of passport, or the fact they have spelled his name wrong. I visited my husband this summer and got the original certified copy of his passport but I'm afraid if I send this they will reject it. Do you guys think the issue was that they could tell it was a scanned copy and not the original certified copy? Should I just send the original certified copy of his passport now and hope they accept it? Has anyone else had an issue with certified copies of passports being rejected? I'm wondering if they are cracking down and only want original passports. They offered other documentation that you can provide, but my husband says he is not allowed to send any identification out of the country. Thanks for reading and for any help you can provide!

so I had my interview last december it was already 2 years marriage anniversary , when they granted my passport it didn't say IR1 it said cr1 SO i ARRIVED IN THE STATES february 4th and they send my green card 3 months later, and guess what it said "IR1" . the problem is i was listening to an immigration attorney live on youtube and said that sometimes they make a mistake. to be honest I dunno if I'm on cr1 or IR1 and I dunno if i should send the form in two years o Im fine for the 10 years

Im in need of some suggestions with an issue with the medical examination. My fiance has his appointment on September 28 and when he tried to get an appointment on the last week of August, in Casablanca he was told he had to wait till September. Well, he called today and the lady got extremely mad and told him he didnt have to call all the time and that there was still time. I think she s just being rude and uncooperative, but I ask, is there a way that I can call the embassy or communicate with them in any way to complain about her actions? I only want him to be prepared, but it seems she s deliberately trying to delay.
