US Immigration from Morocco

Hello, can you tell me exactly what I should upload in this place? Should I upload here just the 2020 form 1040 itself (2 pages) in one PDF, or should I upload the 2020 form 1040, schedules and W2s in one PDF all here? I know the transcript is better but we don't have it yet. Thank you for help in advance because I'm really confused!

I am filing family based AOS to a relative, she has been living in USA for 5 years 2016 to 2021 under F1 student visa. We had a hiccup, I hope it is a small one.

It goes like:

1- She needs 12 hours to maintain full time student status in fall and spring.

2- She has that satisfied for all the years, fall and spring.

3- She only missed on semester, fall 2018, where she has 10 credit hours.

4- The reason for (3) is that she studied a 4 credit hours in summer 2018, if that class is added to the 2018 fall hours she should be meeting the full time criterion.

In the green card interview, officer discovered some missing years of her classes reports, we are in the process of gathering all the year reports, and we noticed the missing 2 credit hours.

Question: 1- how big of a problem?

2- Advice on how to proceed?

Hi everyone, we want to add photos of a recent visit I made to my husband at the NVC in additon to the required i864, DS260, etc. Should we upload photos, boarding passes, and additional chat logs, etc. with the AOS addtional supporting documents (petitioner's side) or the civil supporting documents (beneficiary's side)? Both include and OTHER catagory in the list of possible additional supporting documents, so I wasn't sure where to add them. BTW I've read a ton about front loading, side loading etc. and I don't know if it will make a difference, but I thought it couldn't hurt to upload it. My husband will bring everything to the interview as well of course. Thanks so much in advance.

I am traveling to Morocco to marry my fiance and would like to get feedback on other experiences. I am not Muslim and keep getting different information about the marriage.

Well, here we are, more than 60 days on AP. Last week they called my fianc in to the embassy for a second interview. We suspected it was to ask questions about things they may have doubted. She said the interview went well. We were hoping to get a decision after the second interview--whether yea or nay. But they just said they would "be in touch." So, a week has passed and still no movement. I seem to remember seeing 60 days as some kind of benchmark. Is there anything that we can do (besides waiting by the phone every minute of the day)? I know people sometimes wait in AP for years. I get it. But is there any recourse? Our lawyer simply said AP is a "Black Hole". He didn't offer any more than that not so colorful metaphor. I've read about writing the embassy, contacting a congress person, even suing. Has anyone heard of any of these measures succeeding?
