I am winner of DV22 and my husband is co winner. We have recently filled the DS260 on 4th Nov. 2021 and in the section of 'Security and Background: Medical and Health Information' we checked the box in the form that we do not have documents to provide vaccinations, as we really do not have vaccination documents for the vaccines mentioned on the website (https://www.uscis.gov) like Mumps, Measles, Rubella, Polio, Tetanus & Diphtheria Toxoids, Pertussis, Haemophilus Influenza type B, Hepatitis B. We are aware that we took some vaccines in our childhood but both of us do not have any records of that nor we remember which were those vaccines. (Covid19 not be considered as everyone has document for it)

As per web search it says that civil surgeon will analyze the reports and administer the vaccines as per age while medical examination. Our age is between 40 to 46,

in this case which vaccines may be administered to us again?

or how this things will progress right from pre and post medical examination to interview?

It can cause problems n Medical examination or getting visa?

Please suggest and share precious experience in this matter.

So it seems that our AOS package has been stuck at the Chicago distribution center since Monday with no update since. Keeps saying "in transit to next facility, arriving late." I sent the package Priority last Friday with signature confirmation. I figured that would have been a pretty safe option but wondering what is going on. I put in an inquiry with the post office and they just said to give it until Monday. I really hate to have to redo the entire packet again, we put the sealed i-693 package from the doctor in there so really hoping it's not lost. Has anyone else had any issues lately with the same message and then your packet just showed up or what did you do?

I applied for my adjustment of status, I send all the documents yesterday but I forget to the signature on some forms. Why I should do please in this case I want send them the form as a soon possible.

Has there been anyone approved for cr1 from California service center either Oct up until now? I haven t seen any just K1s. Why would they be approved over CR1s

Hello all, I submitted my DS260 on May 15th and got the email for submitting the documents last week, my situation is: I have this polices certificate from my home country which is valid for just 3 months (and it expired already in august), and it covers all my stay in the country of origin. Since I live abroad, it takes a lot of time to get another police certificate document ( 1 month approximately), the question is Whether I can still submit this document regardless if its expired by 2 months or do you advise me to wait for a new document?
