Filing 1-130 Online: Evidence of Bonafide Marriage |

Hi everyone, I posted on this forum a long while ago when I was planning to submit a K-1 visa for my then fianc . Thanks to several of you that responded and gave me incredible feedback, I was recommended that I first get married and then file. I am glad to say that I am happily married now. I am currently in the process of filing the I-130 for my husband, but I'm a little confused as to what I can submit as evidence of a bonafide marriage. I have every single conversation from the beginning until now, records of video calls, screenshots of all kinds, pictures of every time I've visited, our engagement pictures, our wedding pictures, and even evidence of when I was planning a wedding here in the US for when I wanted to submit a K1 long ago. My question is, I don't have much of a few things that are listed on the USCIS website. For example, we do not have a joint bank account but my husband is an authorized user under my credit cards. Unfortunately, the banks in Morocco did not let me open a joint account with him because I was not a resident. He also asked his bank if he could add me under his account but again, I was denied because I am not a resident. We don't own any property together and the home where we stayed living together for a few months was rented and paid for in cash. There weren't any official documents signed for renting. I have copies of money transfers between the two of us as well. Due to the pandemic and my job, I wasn't able to visit my then fianc as much and for as long as I'd wanted. I don't have as many visits as I'd like under my belt but my job in healthcare doesn't allow for extensive or frequent stays abroad. My husband's job in his country's military also didn't allow for much visits either. I would appreciate any guidance and advice regarding this. Thank you in advance!

For a little background, my Moroccan sweetie and I met as language exchange partners through HelloTalk in February 2020, and have spoken nearly daily since then. We are both Muslim, and conventional dating isn't really a thing for us, but we realized that we really had begun to care for each other and began to talk seriously about courting in January of this year. During the three weeks that I was visited last month (my first visit; COVID squashed my plans to visit last year when we were still friends), I met his parents and sisters and stayed with his very traditional Amazigh family for much of the time. At the end of the three weeks he proposed to me so that we could continue to develop our relationship in a halal way, and a way that respected his family customs and our mutual beliefs. To celebrate, his family threw us a little engagement party, and we took a lot of pictures of us, the engagement rings, and the family. It was a lot of fun, and we were both so happy. I wanted to include those photos in our package as we build our case for a bona fide relationship for a K-1 visa (I will be visiting again early next year, and we'll most likely submit after that), but I am a little concerned now because I see that some people have been denied for including photos like this because the consular officer suspects that the marriage has already taken place. Does anyone have any experience with this? Please share any experiences that you have had specifically with the Casablanca consulate, or other MENA consulates. (I appreciate your willingness to give advice from other places, but I think it may not be relevant to my situation.) Thanks in advance for your help

I am winner of DV 2022 with my husband as companion and case number d AF9xxx. Yet we have not able to find host so that we can mention the address n DS 260. We have talked to some of our contact and got address for green card delivery but not as a host. Please share best early options and suggestions as we are running out of time to fill the form and rest of the process of submitting documents etc. Is renting option can work without having an actual host?
